I always stay here before my flight at midnight to Sorong and Raja Ampat. The room is comfortable and spacious the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a wonderful little restaurant just steps from the entrance and the hotel's own restaurant is now open again for a great breakfast starting at 6 am. They offer a free shuttle service to the terminal you require or you can take the Skytrain that is just a few minutes walk away.

Firm beds for weary travellers”
Was a rough 2 weeks on site, and had an overnight transit in Jakarta. Stayed here and found the bed firm and very comfortable. Body got some much needed rest, and woke up feeling refreshed. Buffet breakfast in the morning and complimentary shuttle to the other terminals. Staff were helpful, pleasant and all smiles. Would definitely recommend and stay again if ever in Jakarta.

Very convenient option for travellers ”
My wife and I were glad we chose this option. It proved very convenient because we had a very early morning flight out of Jakarta. The views of the runways were fun to watch; and the restaurant offered enough choices so we didn’t mind being away from the city center.

Hotel is in a good and convenient location. Transport from the Hotel to International Terminal T3 was complimentary. Room and bathroom where modern and very clean. Breakfast was part of my booking and was delicious. Reception staff polite and helpful. Hotel was a great choice.

Great location between flights ”
Got in around 9PM and next flight out was 5AM so with a 330AM wakeup call i need a hotel that was close to the airport to make sure I made the flight. Definitely would recommend, the food options around the hotel are pretty bleak there's just an A&W and indomaret but better than risking missing the flight in the morning.

Great staff and a comfortable clean room. The only difficulty was having to leave my luggage momentarily at the bottom of the escalator to ask for assistance at the check in one floor above.

Booked 3 rooms. Big rooms, quiet, facilities were dated but still functioning properly. Beds were comfy. AC works wonderful. Staff were amazing. Willing to help. Our rooms located away from reception but that’s not a problem for us as we get used to walk every where back home. All in all, enjoyed our stay here.

Loved this hotel ! Usually airport hotels are cramped and noisy. Not this one! Spacious rooms and yes they probably need updating but comfortable. Lovely linen and pillows and immaculately clean. In the morning one young porter, Jafar, went out of his way to help me. I’m the end he took me and my big case all the way to the sky train and put us on the train! Fantastic service! So happy with this hotel! Thank you, Jafar !

Other than location, quality of service, size of the room, and many other positive qualities, the best quality of this hotel was that it did not function on standard time. As travelers, we arrive and depart at all hours. To have a hotel where you can check in the moment you arrive was huge. We arrived in Jakarta mid-morning and we were able to go to our room immediately. In addition, we were checking out at 4:00 am, and they served us a full breakfast in our room! That's service. No waiting for the dining room to open at 6 am thereby missing breakfast altogether. I also loved watching the planes land and take off from our room. The only downside to this hotel is there are a set of steps you will need to climb with your luggage. There may have been an elevator, but we didn't look, and it wasn't obvious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great Location for Jakarta airport ”
This hotel is awesome as its location is right in the domestic terminal for the Jakarta international airport. My group came in late in the international terminal and the hotel concierge‘s had a van pick us up and bring us to the hotel at 1145 pm. Definitely will stay here again

You can litterally see planes taking off from your bed... the service is nice and the room is clean. The actual room i had does not look as new as the one on the photo...very quiet, no noise of planes. Will come back. Terimakasih. But no cappuccino or espresso....very nice staff at front office...
