Bang for the buck!!! I sit on my balcony, only see and hear waves, no street noise. The accommodation is simple but comfortable, with good wood seating and tables.

2 star hotel with 5 star views”
2 star hotel with 5 star views. I stayed in an air conditioned, seaview room. I wouldn’t consider staying in the other type of room. The view from my terrace was breathtaking. Inside the room was nothing spectacular, actually it was just OK but it was clean. I was here for full moon and didn’t want to spend too much and the price was unbeatable. The room was directly on the beach and the A/C in my room worked really well. My only issues is that there isn’t a sheet between you and the blanket and I’m almost certain that they don’t wash the blankets between guests. So I purchased my own sheet in town. I would stay here again. Definitely. Only 7 minutes to full moon party.

Basic but amazing for the price and location”
The bungalows are very basic, but we paid £7 a night and for that the location is amazing, right on what is basically a private beach. You can also get laundry done and rent mopeds here. Ended up staying an extra night cause we loved the location so much!

If you don't mind the heat and just having a fan to cool you off then you r set to go. The beach in front of it its not swimable for me, muddy and hot. Cold water shower it's refreshing when not having an AC. I stayed there to be close to the Moon party The only problem may have been not having a fridge and not being able to have snacks in the room, the moment you opened food inside ants gatthered🤣

Quiet relaxing stay”
Despite all the vague and negative reviews, I decided to give this place a try, mainly because of price, availability and location for the full moon party. Everywhere has a minimum 3 day stay at full moon, and I wanted to be close to Haad Rin, but not so close to hear the booming bass from the bars all the time. It turned out to be about half way between the Lomprayah pier and Haad Rin, pretty much in the middle of nowhere, but you can rent scooters on site at the hotel, or flag down a taxi on the road. There are lots of Taxi's, to the hotel was 300B, and to the party and back was 100B each way. I had a standard A/C room, which was around 1000B/ night, the cleanliness of the room was normal for Thailand, not perfect, but tidy. I've stayed in many hotels in Thailand, all budget priced, and none of them are super clean. The room was big, with a long desk and wardrobe along one wall, washroom was a typical all in one shower toilet room, with hot water, and flush toilet. The water did look a bit yellow, I think they're on well water and it has high mineral content. It was fine, I only drink bottled water and never have had any issues. The bed in the room was big and comfortable, the area is very quiet and the windows were tinted to keep the room cool. The patio had beautiful views over the ocean. The food in the restaurant was decent, nothing special, but good, the prices were slightly higher than some places I've stayed, but not excessive, and it's convenient. The restaurant dining area is awesome, right on the beach. There isn't a lot of beach area when the tide is in, but its not a problem because there are no crowds here, it's easy to walk along the sand to find a place to lay down and relax. One thing to note, they take a big room deposit, I think it was 3000B or your passport, to cover damages, I guess they've been screwed over by full moon partiers wrecking the place and walking out.
