Authentic Thai”
the guesthouse is on one of the mainstreets in nan, therfore easy to find. parking behind the building, not easy, but sufficient. the rooms were adaquate, bed a bit to hard for my back. a softer madrass would be greatly appreciated. service was great. the lady manager took very good care of us, she helped us find a motorcycle, making it easy for us to get around town. authentic thai, highly recommended. please buy new and softer madrass.

Great Breakfast, friendly owner”
The owner was extreamly wonderful, and did I mentioned Breakfast? The room is standard and clean. The two downside to this guesthouse was that it's a bit far from the nearest convenient store and the roosters at 5am! Apart from that, they have big 2nd floor semi open dinning area for guests to use, bicycle rental is always a plus for a small town like Nan and the breakfast! Their pork ribs boiled rice is to die for!

Rustic traditional feel”
We like the timber Lanna influenced buildings. Our room was big, bed very comfortable, so were bed linen and pillows. It's very clean all over. It'd have been better should the bathroom be improved a little. Breakfast was adequate and tasty. The staffs were not aware of our booking because the management did not advise them. But it was sorted out after a few phone calls. There's limited car parking spaces on site. Beware, the GPS position from Agoda was not correct. It sent us to a few blocks away. Luckily Jandang was on the main road so we found while trying to locate the incorrect location. It'd suit budget travelers who want something with souls and atmosphere.

Nan was a paradise. Afrer coming from Bangkok, it was a perfect weather so I did not use air(Eh). Hotel was a paradise as well. I can use bike for free.

Large room and friendly owner”
Been there for one night stop on the way to Chiang Rai. The guesthouse is in the city close to many famous temple. The owner is very helpful with travel information and very friendly. The room is very large and made of wood. There is satellite TV and free WiFi for connected to the world

A good stay”
We enjoyed our stay here while doing a quick trip in Nan. The location is a bit from the main attractions, but everything is in walking distance so we didn't mind too much. One thing is that there is a chicken farm nearby and woke us up every morning at 4am.

Nice guesthouse, large noisy chicken coops in back”
Very nice place. Lovely owner. Free use of bikes. Great location. Problem was the large number of chickens and roosters right behind the place. Although not very full my room, which was very nice, was at the very back. I was awoken at 5 am to the constant calls of numerous roosters that might as well have been in my room. It made me change locations. I stayed at the Huen Kuang Guesthouse the next night. More helpful owner who spoke English. Nice room. No roosters. Cheaper.

Stunning wooden Thai house close to the center”
Would stay at the hotel again simply because of the extremely nice lady who owns the place. The room we stayed in was very spacious, clean, beautifully appointed and had everything we needed (very clean bathroom, good hot shower, fridge, TV, air-con).

An exceptional guesthouse with a style”
The room is big with almost all the necessities. If they provide the hair dryers and shower curtains so the bathrooms would not be all wet after a shower, this place would be like a 4-star hotel with a home like hospitality. The owners are very nice and friendly and can give all the good advices about where to eat, to visit and to shop for local stuff.

This is a very nice wooden house with spacious and charming rooms. The ownwer is Mrs friendliness herself. The only con is maybe some traffic along the road. But in the room at the back side we didn't notice it.

Thai Eclectic”
We were warmly greeted by staff.....then pretty much on our own. A city map would have been helpful. Wifi took some trial and error as posted password was incorrect, but fine once we figured out. Breakfast fine, and to order on second day of our stay. The ambiance was terrific.
