Expensive for what you get”
The rooms are like a Thai dorm - concrete rooms with poured concrete counter / bed frame. No windows. Mattress somewhere between typical Thai slab rock and standard spring bed. Pool in courtyard is nice. If basically just using as a place to sleep one night after checking out the floating market - then ok. But not worth the price. Only plus of the place is that compared to staying right along the floating market in Amphawa, you don't get all the longtail boat noise all hours of the day.

Exceptional”
The place runs by an amazing family, the owner speak great English, they are kind, generous, quiet, the cleanest place we ever been in. The resort is 2 years old, for 3 stars you get soap, shampoo, towels, free coffee/tea 24h and free drinking water. Location is great, 5min away drive from the floating market, around 10min drive away from the railway market.the bonus of this place is the pool in the centre of the place, just outside the door step, Our kids just loved the place and so did we. We will defenetly be back.

Very nice property. Friendly staff, nice welcome. Nice clean room, comfortable bed. Nice courtyard style set up with rooms located around the sides of the swimming pool. Good location equidistant from the train market and the famous floating market. Only downside (for a foreigner) was the inadequate breakfast. It is advertised as free, so no real complaints except it does not cater at all for the foreigner. Basic Thai food, no eggs available and only awful white bread offered for toasting (no mixed or wholegrain for the health-concious traveller). I would stay again but would bring my own breakfast!

This hotel should be busier. It's a fantastic hotel. The swimming pool was only beautiful. The owner was a lovely guy and spoke good english. The breakfast was small but once I got coffee I was fine. The whole town during the week is very quiet so I bought a bottle of red wine and sat beside the pool relaxing. So if you are up this part of the world give this hotel a look. I will be back.
