Nice overall facility. Need your own transportation to stay at this place. A sofa bed on the living is very bad and uncomfortable. Low pressure hot water in the shower and bath tub. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay at Kao Yai.

The room cleanliness is okay but the blankets are not quite clean. The toilet is large, separate zone for bathtub and shower. But the water heater is not working!!! the shower water flow is quite weak. The washbasin is broken, water is leaking down to the floor. Hair dryer is broken too.

High-end apartment near PB Valley and GranMonte Winery”
If you have booked car when visiting Khao Yai, this maybe a good choice to sleep for family. The room was not too small nor too big, it’s spacious enough to sleep for up to 8 people, but not with big baggages. The swimming pool was to die for, but because we just had 1 night here, we didn’t have the time to use it. When we went there, seemed like we had one floor or one building to ourselves. The security was quite good tough. The apartment complex had minimal 1 gatekeepers and 3 staffs in the office, but no cleaning staff could be found. The room cleanliness was superb tough.

Unpleasant stay”
Response from host was slow. We were not given the password despite messaging host ahead of check in time. Luckily we called the contact number provided and someone picked up. Otherwise, we will be stranded. We were happy to be able to go in. But happiness was short lived. The room was not anything like the photos. It didn’t looked too clean either. Worse part was that the water flow from the shower was so small to the extent that water was just trickling! And the water heater was not working either. Someone came to repair the shower 3 times but the problem was not resolved. Would definitely not recommend this unit.

Stinky face staff”
This is not the first time I booked hotel through Agoda but this time I was really annoyed by the male receptionist at the front desk of this hotel /apartment. We arrived there before 2 pm and show him the document but the person in charged told me that they didn't received any acknowledgement from Agoda for our stay at this hotel with his poker-face and asked me to checked with Agoda by myself and didn't bothered to help me to call agoda. What an irresponsible staff!

Wrong room passcode given; Insufficient towels ”
Host gave incorrect passcode to enter room. Hence my family could not enter the room upon arrival. Texted host on Agoda and Whatsapp but no reply. Called host on Whatsapp many times but it was either no answer or host declined my calls. Eventually called host using Skype and host answered the call. Correct passcode was sent subsequently and my family managed to enter the room after the ordeal which frightened my children who thought we would have no place to sleep that night. Room is old and tired. Water heater not working properly. Water flow extremely small. Bath tub was dirty. Kettle was dirty. Generally room items are old and not exactly like pictures. Only 5 towels provided for my family of 5 staying for 5 nights. Requested for fresh towels multiple times and host kept saying ok but end up no fresh towels were delivered until day 4. Overall not a pleasant stay for my family. Would not recommend this accommodation to other travellers.

Facilities not up to standard”
The apartment was exactly as in the picture provided. But we noticed the water heater was not in working condition. We have informed the necessary person but unfortunately no one came to fix it. The kettle was also very dirty though we have washed and boiled water for a few times. And the hair dryer's is also faulty. Very disappointed with these issues. But other than that, it's ok.

ที่พักดีค่ะ ราคาไม่แพงมากเมื่อเทียบกับที่อื่น แต่ก็ห่างจากแหล่งชุมชนเกือบ15นาทีเลย เพราะฉะนั้นต้องซื้อของกินเตรียมไว้เลย ห้องนึงพักได้หลายคน สระว่ายน้ำสะอาดมาก อันนี้ปลื้มสุด ห้องพักสะอาดดี แต่มีมดคันไฟเยอะค่ะ พอเอาขนมมาทาน มดมาตรึม แต่รวมๆถือว่าโอเคเลยค่ะ

ค่อนข้างโทรม สภาพจริงไม่ตรงปก ในเมลบอกมีประตูดิจิตอล ใส่รหัส พอไปถึง มันเสีย เปิดเข้าไปได้เลย เค้าให้ใช้กุญแจไขธรรมดา ในรูประเบียงมีเก้าอี้มีพร้อพดีๆ ของจริงคือที่นั่งมีแต่โครงเหล็กขึ้นสนิม นั่งไม่ได้ พื้นห้องมีเส้นผม แอบสกปรก ผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่ามาก ดีที่มีกลิ่นหอม คงซักมาแล้ว เลยทนใช้ไป อุปกรณ์ต่างๆดูเก่าโทรมไปหมด ควรรีโนเวททั้งห้องค่ะ

ตอนแรกพอทราบว่าเป็นลักษณะคอนโด แอบกังวลว่าจะมีคนพลุกพล่านในพื้นที่ต่างๆ แต่เอาเข้าจริงไม่เจอผู้เข้าพักท่านอื่นเลยขณะอยู่ในตัวอาคาร พื้นที่สระว่ายน้ำมีแขกท่านอื่นประมาณ2-3กลุ่ม ถือว่าส่วนตัวกว่าที่คิดไว้ค่ะ
