Good location and friendly staff”
Whenever I visit BKk, I always stay at this hotel because it fulfills my needs in every respect. The location is good and it is quite near both Asok and Sukhumvit stations. Can go anywhere VIA sky train or subway. Also, there is a Max Value supermarket next to the hotel and you can buy necessary things there. The room is clean and the breakfast Ihashi various menu. Talhe staff members are friendly and helpful. The downsides are: The hotel does not provide a laundry machine in the room ( you have to go to the ground floor and use the drying machine there, which will cost 100B for the cleaner and another 100B for the dryer.

We traveled with children. Excellent service from the staff. Both for lunch and dinner. What should be improved is air conditioning. Even at the lowest speed, there is a lot of noise. The televisions were also very old, which posed a challenge in terms of mirroring the phone and tablet. A final drawback was the cleanliness of the breakfast buffet. Here were both crumbs and leftover food on the floor when we were assigned a table. But all in all a very good hotel with excellent service.

I always stay here when in Bangkok”
I have stayed at the Jasmine many times. After I found it, I have always stayed here when in Bangkok. The location at the Asok BTS station is perfect for getting to shopping centers and entertainment areas. This is the easiest way to get around and avoid the traffic and the heat. The room was large and clean. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. The price for the room and the service is an excellent value.

Unbelievable value”
Looks beautiful in the pictures, but I was a bit skeptical because of the low price. This place is amazing. The rooms are huge, modern and squeaky clean. My room came fully stocked with everything we could ever need. Staff are extremely helpful and do not seem to have any problem speaking English. The location is perfect. 5 minute walk from both the MRT and BTS. Lots of food options available very close, even late at night. Highly recommend staying here. Will come back next time we're in Bangkok.

Great hotel close to Skytrain and MRT stations”
This is a great hotel. It's in a nice quiet location off Sukhumvit Road and close very to Asok Sky train and Sukhumvit MRT stations. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were very helpful and our room was spacious and very clean. The outdoor swimming pool was good too. Bathrobes were provided in our room so we used them to get to and from the pool. Highly recommended.

Love the new renovations This is our 2nd home whenever we are in bangkok. Kitchen are complete. Bed room are great. Bed comfort and we had quality sleep. Room 3010 is best. Just need to fix some curtain in toilet. Thats will be greatly to visit again.

Great location. Amazing 1 bedroom unit with full kitchen, lounge , 2 tv’s , 2 aircon . Great views from the 19 th floor we were on . Spotlessly clean and helpful staff at reception. Very close to terminal 21 mall , Asok BTS and Soi COWBOY if that’s of interest .

Wow! What a great place to stay if you’re a solo traveler to Bangkok! The location is perfect and the facilities and room are five star, in my opinion. The place is spotless and the staff is friendly and available. I usually try to save a few bucks and stay in three star hotels, but when Im in Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at the jasmine city hotel. It is definitely the nicest place that I’ve stayed at in Thailand at a wonderful price! Highly recommend!

Jasmine City Hotel is an example that all hotels should follow. The Room was spotless and does not show any age all these years despite two years of covid, amenities in the room is more than most hotels, with utensils, a stove, microwave, and a big fridge! Staffs were polite, helpful and attentive. Location is almost perfect with walking distance from BTS, MRT, nightlife and shopping.

From check-in to check-out, the staff were 100% top notch. Ann at the Front Desk was superb. The rooms and property are well equiped making for a relaxing stay. I had previously stayed at nearby properties, but was recommended by a friend to try the Jasmine City. Glad I tried it. The Jasmine City is my new Sukhumvit hotel of choice.

Exceptional”
Booked room through Agoda. Checked into a pretty large room for 1 person, there was a mini kitchenette along with a washer (hotel staff provided soap when asked) Bathroom was pretty large too, has a basic bidet. There's also lots of stuff nearby a 7-11 across the street and the hotel is connected to a mini shopping mall with lots of food (subway,pizza,sushi,ramen) ect.
