Very bad experience ”

I couldn’t find the hotel location (google maps are wrong) keep circling for 2 hours, called the staff many times, their phone was dead finally I had to book another hotel.

Dear reader Please take this review very seriously as I have very bad experience with this hotel and I don’t want you to suffer what I have been to. As soon as I arrived on reception the receptionist gave me strange look, and without any greeting or smile straight away told me very rudely that there is no vacant room. I thought he probably not aware that I have already booked room and paid in full few months in advance, so I took out my booking confirmation and payment receipt, but he is not even ready to look it. After a while he took paper from my hand and checked it thoroughly. Even after that he is keep saying there is no room. I told him that I already paid and now where am I supposed to go with all these languages, but he is not ready to listen and told me to phone Agoda and sort it out. I wanted to phone Agoda, but I don’t have Saudi sim card and if I use my UK phone it cost me lots of money so was puzzled and furious and I don’t know what to do. As a last step I told ........

i suppose to check in day time but reached late in night. Person at the reception told me to come in tomorrow morning now as system would not allow him to check although i showed him booking recipt everything. after about half an hour conversation he gave a room but no soup or shampoo etc in batbroom. AC was noisy. nothing seems right about it.

Not a good welcome by staff, chased me off from the available parking in front of hotel. No restaurant, its just OK to sleep there. Location is wrong on the map. No English speaking staff It took us 3 hours to find the location. No help over the phone wile searching for the address and the contact lady was very rude.

سيئ ومدير الفندق أسوأ شكله جداوي اعترضنا على تصنيفهم لفندقهم باربع نجوم رد علينا وقال عاجبك اسكن مو عاجبك توكل على الله حقيقة الفندق سيئ جدا والمفترض ان لا يصنف من ضمن فنادق النجوم بل فندق فقط وللتقريب الصورة لمن سكن في تلك الغرف التي كان يؤجرها البنقال قرب الحرم قبل الازالة فالفندق غرفه شبيهة بها وروائحها النتنة وللأسف ان يسهل التلاعب فيها من قبل تلك الفنادق حيث صنف نفسه اربع نجوم ومنح تلك النجوم التي خدعتني واطاحتني بتلك الورطة حيث فات وقت الحجز لدى الفنادق وامتلأت وفاتت علي الفرصة
