No WiFi serve although already called owner claim her worker will be there but end up no show from day checked in till checked out. Only half a toilet roll found in the apartment. Small insect found

The room was not ready at 3pm and the owner hardly answer the call. We were told that we can check out at 1pm but next day the owner texted to check out at 12pm. The owner did not provide the wifi password unless we ask for it.

Firstly, the room is in a run down state. Owner pls do some reno to the unit. Ceiling light is not bright, Ceiling fan has been removed. The air con is not working properly. The pull-out bed in the living room is bad with 3 wheels gone. Only thing is the location is great. Other than that, nothing good to recommend.

Everything is good. Clean and have lot of beds for group or big family. Pic is not the same as shown but the owner is friendly and fast to respond. Only thing no wifi. Unless u ask for it. Will visit again

In the details was written check in start 3pm but when we arrive around 3.15pm, tried to call the owner and i was told that the room was not ready yet and ask us to go for a walk. I told the owner that we have luggage then she told us that she ask her staff to come down and bring us to the room and put down our things. We waited for 30 mins but no one come. Called again then only the owner told us she cannot find her staff and ask us to wait again for her to come and bring us there. We waited for another 30 mins only she arrive and bring us. The owner told us to go for a walk then she will contact when the room is ready. But we waited for a long time but no calls from her and we are the 1 who need to call again to ask. In summary, the service provided was bad.

Fistime booking tidak under hotel.. Tidak dapat bilik yang seperti digambar,mcm rasa tertipu.. wifi pakai modm brodband saja.. tv siaran langsung tak boleh tegok.. tuala berbau.. kad akses ada 1 sahaja, susah untuk kemana2.. cume boleh sy puji kebersihan dalam rumah memuaskan..
