Amazing host and accommodation ”
We have been travelling Thailand for nearly 3 months and stayed in 30 different types of accommodation, Jeerat house was among the best if not THE best we have stayed in. SUPER clean and spacious room. Good hot shower, good air con, fridge and kettle in room. Basic breakfast provided each morning tea/coffee and toast. The friendliest most welcoming host, made us feel like we were at home. Phayao is an amazing city, definitely worth a visit. Jeerat house is within walking distance of the lake and many restaurants/cafes. Definitely stay here if your visiting you will not not disappointed 🙂

This is the best place I've ever stayed in Phayao”
This guest house is a gem. Super clean, all new last year, friendly owner, super nice beds and pillows. There are only 5 units, all individual bungalows. Each unit has a TV, a/c, a floor fan, a small desk with chair, covered patio with chairs and a table, water boiler, fridge, zn excellent bathroom, receptacles everywhere. It's got everything a person would need for a stay in Phayao. Add to that off-street parking and a quiet neighborhood. It just doesn't get any better.

You can't go wrong at Jeerat House. I have been travelling Northern Thailand for the past 2 weeks and this is the best accommodation to date. Value for money is unbeatable. The room is spotless clean, furniture and fittings are like brand new! The host speaks English too so that makes it easier to communicate. I would definitely stay here again! I am really that pleased!

A great place to stay”
I stayed at the Jeerat for two nights. There is safe off street parking The room was large with A/C and immaculately clean. There was a fridge with water, tea and coffee for free also in the room. The.Jeerat also offered free toast and.jam in the morning. The Jeerst.is within walking distance of the main street and phayao lake. The hosts were really friendly and offered to lend me an umbrella when it was raining.

Wonderful place in Phayao ”
This is a bargain of a fantastic place to stay in Phayao. These units are new and wonderfully appointed, for short or long stay. Everything works well (hot water, AC, etc) and the owner speaks English and can help you with any questions. Phayao is a small, but lovely town with friendly people. This place is a short walk to the lake, where people congregate every night to watch the sunsets, but is situated in a quiet residential street. Highly recommended

Einladung zum Verweilen”
Leider waren wir diesmal nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise hier, Jeerat House ist aber auf jeden Fall ein wunderbarer Ort zum Wiederkommen und länger bleiben. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt, die Zimmer sind wunderbar ausgestattet, die Bäder bieten alle Annehmlichkeiten und zu jedem Raum gehört eine möblierte Veranda. Am Morgen kann man sich in der Kaffee-Ecke Heißgetränke und Toast zubereiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ich bin mit dem Motorroller von Pattaya nach Nordthailand unterwegs. Von meinen 5 Übernachtungen war dieses Hotel bisher das Beste. Außerdem ist Phayao die schönste Stadt auf meiner Reise.

Günstig und gut”
Das aus wenigen einstäckigen Einheiten bestehende Quartier liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Die Umgebung ist allerdings unattraktiv, das Zentrum in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Gebäude ist fast neu, das Zimmer außerordentlich sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein ganz einfaches Frühstück gab es sogar umsonst dazu. Insgesamt kann ich das Jeerat House auch aufgrund seiner Preiswürdigkeit nur empfehlen.

チェックイン時の案内からとても親切。 家族経営のように見えた。敷地内に家族の家？部屋数は4部屋程度。朝食の無料のトースト(期待してはダメ)食べていると雨が降ってきてお父さん？が傘を持ってきてくれた。枕元にチップ置いたのに受け取らずにベッドメーキングが終わっていた。 バスターミナルまで徒歩5分、湖まで徒歩10分。パヤオ来たらきっとまた使います。
