Great value for money”
Me and 4 friends stayed here for 7 days and loved it! Our bungalow was on the beach front and it was like having our own private beach! All the staff were friendly and more then willing to help us with anything we wanted. The only issue was we had a few cockroachs in our bathroom but when you are living on a nature reserve you have to expect the wildlife to be there! All in all we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Very Nice Place”
The whole place is very nicely decorated and pleasant with good atmosphere and friendly staff. The beach and location on the island are very good. The restaurant was a little less, as are the bungalows on the inside: fair enough but could have been nicer!

Shabby and overpriced”
Probably my fault for booking the cheapest bungalow without air conditioning, but I never want to stay anywhere like it again. The bungalow was small, in a poor state of maintenance, stuffy and badly ventilated. In the 5 day stay the room was never cleaned, when I asked about new bed linen on the 3rd day I was given sheets and pillow cases to do it myself. When I compare what I got there with the other, superb places that I stopped on the same trip there is just no comparison.

Nice beach, correct bungalow, bad receptionist ”
Stay there was good but could be even better with a different receptionist . She is nice as a guardian of a jail ! That makes your hollidays and relaxing feelings a bit strange ... maybe she just have to learn how to be professional or tell us what is the problem . Anyway if you want to be relax on this nice beach. Just try the bungalows next.

Disappointed in many ways”
ロケーション、清潔さ、ホスピタリティ、どの点においても日本人向けじゃないです。 When I travel to other countries, I don't expect high standard of cleanness, hospitality and convenience as we do have in Japan. Even if I stand on this stance, I'm very dissapointed and dissatisfied in almost everything. Staff is not nice. So many ants in a room. Toilet doesn't flush very well. I cut off my stay in Ko Samet.

I booked a doubled room with one extra bed because we were three. After check in, I realized that the third bed is just a thin picnic mattress on the floor. Not sure if it's normal, but I was shocked because I was expecting a real single bed. At least it should be mentioned somewhere in the booking details of Agoda. - The bathroom was not cleaned up before our check in. It also smelled and the water was a bit muddy. - The lights key didn't work and we couldn't turn them off unless powering off the main circuit!

It is very nice location, one can hear and see the waves from see and nice quite atmosphere to spend some quite time. Stayed one week and will recommend it.

We had booked for 10 adults + 2 children. We were first given 1 room with 2 double bed and another room with 4 double beds. After a few hours, we were asked to change room because of a wrong attribution of the rooms. The new room was another 2 double bed with thin mattresses on the floor.

Beach is crowd free and quiet. But rooms are run down and no constant water supply (toilet). ”
The toilet won't flush during the day. The pillows smell like mold. Receptionist is exeptionally unfriendly. We will choose another place next time.

jolie plage isolee des hordes de touristes occidentaux . Bungalows agréables, certains sur la plage à l ombre des palétuviers. Mais pour le prix ( pres de 40 euros ) pas de seviettes de bains pas de draps et pas de ménage.
