    Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Mr.Hanif ,he makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again.

    The malay staff is so helpful and nice. We cant get the parking after back from shopping nite but the Malay abg was so helpful get us a parking. Room is big and clean. For sure will book again for next trip.

    The staff were so friendly, especially the receptionist. The room was super clean and lots of facilities too (they even have a microwave!). The room was really spacious. The location was very strategic, got lots of food places (Texas Chicken just at the front). Will definitely come here again when travelling to Ipoh next time!

    Hidden Gem in Ipoh”

    Superb hotel with super spacious room, There are different room decorations (European, contemporary, Balinese, etc) to suit your preference. Staff upgraded my room to deluxe FOC. Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here, will surely recommend this hotel to everyone

    Pretty good”

    It's a fairly new hotel so do expect a little hiccups here and there but the staffs are quite friendly and are willing to learn so if there is anything you are unhappy about, just let them know nicely and they will fix it right for you. I think all of you should give it a chance. This review was written on the 8th of December 2021.

    Stayed in family studio. Spacious and clean. Satisfied with the hospitality given. Hotel provided parking space in front of hotel. Location strategic, a walk away from ipoh parade and surroundings have many shops selling food. Didn't include breakfast, so unable to comment. Otherwise, safe and quiet place to stay.
