-It's my second time in the hotel and I never had any problems . -The price really cheap! Wow. -Feel like in apartment. -quiet place. -responded quick to my emails. -few équipements for eating in the room wich I really appreciated. (-but be careful the small dog shitzu sometimes outside , the dog are not kind and little bit agressive and noisy .)

เจ้าของเป็นฝรั่งค่ะ ทำเลที่ตั้งดีใกล้ตลาด ราคาถูกมาก ฟีลเป็นแนวอพาร์ทเม้นต์ให้เช่ารายเดือนค่ะ ที่จอดรถยนต์ไม่มีต้องไปจอดในตลาดแล้วเดินมาค่ะ ความปลอดภัยค่อยข้างต่ำล็อกได้แค่ลูกบิดค่ะ ไม่มีคีย์การ์ดประตูขึ้นตึกเปิดไว้ตลอด 24 ชม. ห้องพักไม่ตรงปกค่ะ เตียงเป็นฟูกวางพื้นแต่ในรูปอโกด้าเป็นเตียงอย่างดีผ้าปูอย่างดี ของจริงหมอนเก่ามาก สภาพคือแย่ ไม่กล้าหนุนไม่กล้าใช้ผ้าห่มเลย นอนลงไปยังไม่อยากจะนอน ต้องไปเอาหมอนผ้าห่มในรถมาใช้เอง เจ้าของเลี้ยงหมาค่ะ มีก้อนขี้หมาเรี่ยราดตรงบันไดทางขึ้นค่ะ ถ้ามีกำลังมากพอจ่ายเพิ่มสัก 100-150 ไปพักที่อื่นดีกว่าค่ะ สะอาดกว่าและปลอดภัยกว่าเยอะเลยค่ะ กลางคืนในนั้นก็มีเสียงข้างห้องทะเลาะกัน ไปพัก 2 ครั้ง เจอทั้งสองครั้งค่ะ คนดูน่ากลัว มาพักกับแฟนช่วงแฟนไม่อยู่คือระแวงมาก มีเสียงเคาะประตูก็ไม่กล้าเปิดเพราะที่นี่ไม่มีแม่บ้านทำความสะอาดให้ค่ะ เลยไม่รู้ว่าที่เคาะเป็นใคร เวลาแฟนมาถึงต้องให้โทรหรือแชทมาบอกก่อนค่ะ ถึงจะกล้าเปิดประตูให้ . . The owner is a foreigner. Good location, near the market, very cheap, feel is an apartment style for monthly rent. There is no car park, have to park in the market and walk to it. Safety is low, can only lock a knob. There is no key card, the door to the building is open 24 hours, the room does not match the cover. The bed is full of floor, but in the Agoda picture, it is a good bed, good linen. The real thing, the pillows are very old, the condition is bad, do not dare to support, do not dare to use a blanket at all. Lie down, still don't want to sleep You have to bring your own pillow and blanket in the car. The owner has a dog. There is a lump on the way up stairs. If you have enough power, pay 100-150 more, better stay somewhere else. Much cleaner and safer. Night in there was a sound beside the room fighting for two times, met both times, the person looked scary, came to stay with the girlfriend during the absence of the fan. Aim at rooms in the main building , they are better than the small room near the entrance. In the small room near the entrance I got small frogs living in the bathroom ! , mold and smell , however , aircon was ok , bed was ok too .When i book the big room , it was better but still mold and smell everywhere.Transportation is not convenient there , if you will travel to city with motor every time better get something else. Book it only if you need to stay near and don't have money.Sometimes the owners are not there upon check in , however most time you can agree by chat where to find the key to your room .

I stayed from Nov.10-2015 to Nov.12-2015.Clean, security, comfortable,new room.The host is so friendly and willing to help and support you when you need. Jozef and his wife love child, smile, make you happy as your home. Especially, they will free of charge for my family with drive car to us to Bus station.In summary, If you visit Pattaya, please don't forget stay this hostel.It's got a good location, food. This is first time to come and lucky to stay in Jozef & Erika Apartment. Take this chance, I deeply thank you and your wife so much. See you soon!

Nice room but far away from the beach communication a little bit difficult”
First of all. The room was very nice and newly renovated. The facilities are convincing; WIFI available, fridge, shower and a little balcony; and some cutlery and cups. Location, well a little bit far from the beach and the "action", I estimate about 5 km to the beach... Okay you can even rent a motobyke... And, well Pattaya is a major city!! A little bit difficult was the communication with the renter. English was possible, but difficult, i think he doesn't speak english very well... and he don't speak Thai alternatively. Jozef & Erika suggests German or Dutch, but that was an error. May Chinese were the best choice, if you speak that language! I assume, he is willing to satisfy his customers, seemingly a little bit confused... and without a telephone it was hard to reach him. No fixed office hours; and he wasn't detectable, at our appointment on my departure. Good luck!!

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. Jozef rent me a mortorbike to see around the city. It was only 100 baht per day. The place was a little far away from bus terminal.But I recommand someone is looking for quiet place.

Nice place with not quite convenient location”
The place is certainly very nice all in itself. I got the large room for peanuts, and it IS large. Big enough for a family of four, I'd say. The only downside is its location (but only for a tourist who's coming for a few days and wants to get around a lot), even with a motorbike. To get to Central Pattaya, Jomtien, or the other beaches, you have to drive over the railway tracks, cross Sukhumvit and then do even more driving. When you do it every day, several times, it becomes a pain in the butt. Oh, and there is no water heater in the large room, which was okay for me. Still, I would recommend it if you can get a good deal and plan to rent a bike. Big thanks, Josef and Erika.

Nice room away from the crowds, bars and beach”
You get a nice big room with good air con, but no hot shower in a relativly quiet area away from the bars and tourist crowds and beach. No room service available. You need your own transport. For us it was good, you have to be self sufficent. Most people at the Apartment stay for longer time, so it is not comparible with a hotel, no reception, most of the time no staff here. Enjoyed our stay!

Got there to the place and found out there was not a reception, which was a bit strange so phoned the owner and he left the backdoor of the room open so we went in there to find are key for the room. Was cleanish, and after that we heard no more from the owner.
