We really enjoyed our stay. Firstly, we were greeted with enthusiasm by a staff member. She took interest as to where we travelled from and how we are doing. The room itself was a nice size and it was close enough to the city centre, but far enough from noise.

Everything is ordinary , room , washroom. it is advertised as a 4 star hotel but doesnt match the expectation. as i observed, there were working with less staff. i had to come down twice to get my keys renewed to unlock. ; later changed my room on same floor as hot water was not available in the room.

Great location next to the station. Slightly further out from the city then other hotels but nice and quiet and great hotel with lovely staff. Rooms are basic but value for money, good size and clean. Bed comfy!

Room and breakfast was great, bar staff great although under extreme pressure so when we ordered food Saturday afternoon it took forever and was cold, we were compensated and bar staff were very apologetic but kitchen literally threw the good back in the fryer instead of re doing from scratch

For a double room, which was underwhelming & the amount that was paid, it was a little overpriced. The cleanliness of the carpet was suspect & a smudge on the duvet. The manager & the staff did their best to help rectify matters with a change of bedding & breakfast.

Stayed here prior to a university visit. Room was a decent size, equipped with the usual facilities & very clean. Bed comfy & roomy. Quiet. A short walk to the city centre but nothing too taxing. We didn’t eat here so can’t comment on the standard of the food. The bar was open until midnight but was a little on the pricey side. Wouldn’t have a problem staying here again. The station car park, which was the suggested one is a little bit of a walk from the hotel so worth bearing in mind if you’ve a heavy case. All in all nothing to complain about.

Jurys Inn experience ”
10 mins walk from the station no shop near the hotel, if you look for some food at night time, better grab it before you go up. I was checked in at around 1800, they arranged the accessible room to me without inform in advance . Since it is late and I rush out for dinner so that didnt ask for change to another room and I am afraid even asked, they just tell ' oh, this is the last room of us' ... anyway , overall in room are fine just the toilet is the wet one.

This was a last minute booking , having stayed here before aid isn’t hesitate to re book. I forgot to specify that I wanted a quiet room . There was some traffic noise which didn’t disturb me but if you are a light sleeper remember to ask for a quiet room. Being able to leave my luggage after booking out made for a relaxed meeting. Will book here again

Good location if walking to & from train station also walking distance to the motor point area. Nice & clean, staff including security where polite & friendly. Bed was comfy.
