From outside & lobby looks like a new hotel, well maintained. But is a 5 years hotel actually. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Room is simple and clean. Room price is lower than others but you need to additional purchase on brush and toilet roll and etc. For me is ok since the price is lower

Overall, everything is great, the room is clean, the location of the hotel is strategic and staff was help helpful as well, but however, it could be even better if the room service could be available in any time. Hence, I would pretty much recommend my friend to stay in JW Boutique Hotel whenever they traveled to Malacca

Ample parking and clean room”
Surprise with the ratio size of the room and bathroom. Bathroom is awesomely big and cozy bedroom. Rather clean for a boutique hotel and plenty of parking. We rode a huge bike up and manage to park on pavement just outside the lobby, in the view of CCTV. We took grab around the city, traffic is crazy during weekend. Rmb to steering lock or Alarmed lock your rides if you intend to park there, and give some tips for counter staff to assist a look out, just for the sake of safety security. As there is a bike accessories shop beside and observe to have a few stranger riders hanging around in the daytime.

This place it's so remarkable. Easy to found, Near from AEON & Malacca Central. And if you using Grab to Stadthyus or Jonker, it's only RM 5!

Pros: location, ample of parking infront of premise, staff was polite, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Cons: toilet has a strong urine smells, pillows are thin, I could hear the other guests noise of their tv from my room.

Nice budget hotel concept with good location”
Hotel design & concept is well designed. Plus point for this trust me you wont regret! Location is good just in front of AEON Mall. Parking is not an issue here. Room & bathroom is spacious for this price point. A/C unit working properly. Cleanliness can be improved. Don't get me wrong. The hotel is clean but there are some stains on the wall that need some touch up due to aging. Cleaner need to brush a little bit more on the tough stains. Overall really love this hotel. I am going to repeat this!
