Awesome Hotel”
5-star hotel, indeed. Facilities were superb --- the gym, spa, etc. Not to mention, their dinner and breakfast buffet were amazing & impressive. Though the price may be high, the value for money was maximized. Hospitality was at its finest. All their staff knew how to speak English and were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back!!!

I stayed at this hotel for the 2nd time and the staff were very attentive from the check in process to the check out process. These two processes were done efficiently and with ease. Thank you. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful. Some of the staff remembered me as I entered the restaurant. My compliments to Coung and the Chef (I can’t remember his name) for introducing to me how to eat one of the Vietnamese dishes. Many thanks for the warmth reception.

Well, what can i say, JW Marriott exceeded my expectations. From the design of the building, it was beautiful and aesthetic. Staffs are very helpful and kind. They sure treated my better than any other five stars hotels. They handle my luggage with care and tell me everything thoroughly and clearly. Ex, how to use facilities and availability of the services. I enjoyed my three days in Marriott and will definitely recommend my friends and take my family to Marriott.

I decided to stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi for a special Family holiday. Hanoi is especially beautiful in the fall. The Chinese restaurant Crystal Jade Palace provides very nice food. Even the price is b a bit high but it is good. There were two ladies, who were Miss Sophia anf Miss Mia, served our table. They provide excellent service.

It is long story, they hire kids that don’t have experience and knowledge how to work with guests. For the most part don’t even speak English. For 5-Stars hotel and the price they charge. The service needs to be much better.

A serene escape from Hanoi's reality”
I live in Hanoi and life can get too stressful at times with jampacked streets and crowded public areas so my escape to JW Marriott with my boyfriend was already a luxury. We stayed for a night only, on our first anniversary, (thanks to our demanding jobs) but we both had a great time. We loved French Grill, where we had our anniversary dinner. Man, service was awesome and food was just so yummm! Most of their specials were actually shipped from France and their chef is French too! It was an overall amazing French cuisine experience for us. Then there's Antidote bar with a DJ for our drinks and music after dinner. I also especially liked the 8th floor - swimming pool, juice bar and gym! They're all so spacious and clean. Overall, I'd say JW is inarguably the best hotel I've stayed at in Hanoi (and yes, I've been to all 5 star ones in the city). I wouldn't hesitate to book another stay at any Marriott in the world.

JW Marriott hotel Hanoi is located in the new development district where there are many new surrounded buildings. In the compound of hotel building, there is convention center surrounded by lake and good landscaping garden where the hotel guests can go for a walk or jogging at all time. The hotel building is also very nice designed with the swimming pool and gymnasium on top with spa and sauna free of charge for hotel guests.
