Booked a couple night stay at the Marriot just after i had completed my compulsary 5 night Quarantine Stay in another so called 5* Hotel . . Wow, such a difference, a proper 5* experience Sadly due to the current climate with Covid 19 and also the Lockdown of the City some facilities were not available, but that is a government thing and nothing the Marriot could do about it. The checkin staff were great, all correct Covid protocols, Polite, Happy and Professional Staff, Nice . . Checkin was fast and efficient, then i was shown to my Room. Again lovely room and just what you would expect and hope for with a 5* Hotel, Clean, Cool Comfy and Great. Part of the package was access to the Executive Lounge, which i used multiple times, again the staff were great, helpful and Happy, food choices were great (Had Breakfast there too) All in all i was very Happy with my stay there, good value, great service, and i would not hesitate to return Thankyou

First of all we'd like to say Thank You to all the JW Marriott staffs effort for making our honeymoon memorable by giving us the best city view (ITC - Kuncit & flyover view) painting the window glass for us, bending towels to Love Swans-shape, &... a surprise brownies cake! Cleanliness is perfect, takeaway breakfast is good, facilities.. well we stayed on PPKM period, what can we do about it? The hotel employees are top-notch, the hospitality is amazing! They are very kind, and will do anything to help you with whatever you need. They are very friendly. The location is great as it is close to many malls. The room itself however needs some improvement such as there is no tissues, no cutlery, and there is not much water and glass and blankets.
