An exceptional weeks stay at the Phu Quoc Marriott. Staff are amazingly helpful and customer service is spot one , nothing is too much to ask for. Special thanks to all the staff at the Tempus Fugit restaurant, all were beyond helpful whenever we were there. Also thanks to the beach staff who responded to our every need. Truly one of the best hotels in Vietnam.

I prefer this location than the one in Hanoi because If i want something local, i can just get a cab or walk. They have a beach and a beautiful pools. I can't complain because it is perfect for me

The design is impressive. Facilities are great, worth to explore different activities whithin Marriot from gallery to reataurants, kid area ate all inpressive. If there is a floating bar out the sea then this will be complete luxury in the beach

I am really satisfied with the experience in JW Marriot. The staffs were friendly, professional and good at heart. I love the interior design there, sophisticated and perfect in every photograph. In our private room: The toilet had 2 opposite mirrors that made me very impressed. The balkon with sea view was a great place for us to chitchat and watch sunrise. Besides, they prepared for us an anniversary cake. It looked not so good but its taste was great. Btw seafood pizza was delicious, with fresh squid, tomato sauce and reasonable price (I also used my Marriot member card that time) The sand in Bai Khem had beautiful color but it was not so soft for me. The water was not crystal clear as we went to some satellite islands near Phu Quoc island.

Bill Bensley is a real genius. His architecture's mind is amazing. We loved all the details of all the buildings. It sounds funny but we love all the bathroom's design. The breakfast buffet was amazing. You have to try the French toast and egg benedict (one of the best I've ever eaten). The beach was awesome (clean with silky sands). The staffs are very polite and tentative. We would give it a 10+ if the resort offered free shuttle from and back to the airport.

Almost Perfect”
I spent 3 nights in JWM and would like to share with you all my experience as below main points: 1. Room rate: I book via Agoda and got upgraded while check in by JWM with 2 upper grade from Deluxe Emerald Bay Twin to Emerald Bay Front Twin, which is fantastic for the first impression. 2. View, ambience and environment: nice private beach, beautiful gardens and excellent landscape, special the bay front view. 3. Room decor: totally attractive by the University Theme. I was staying in Visualle Arts and love the Indochine style. 4. Facilities and conditions: room facility is more than satisfied with every necessary and detailed equipment like bluetooth bed table JBL clock and speakers. Lamps and lights everywhere. Water provided abundantly. The minus point was only the Ceiling lambs near the bed were hung too low so easily to knock your forehead. - Swimming pool were all nice and amazing view with impressed decoration, also located just infront of the building. Minus points were: lack of service staff near by and the steps in the pool were in the black and same color with the bottom floor of the pool, so you could easily hurt your knee or feets. - Spa: excellent with great decoration (mushroom learning faculty) and very warm welcome as well as serving staff. - Gym: very modern and state of the art gym machines. Clean and quiet. 4. Entertainment: provided lots of activities. I tried Kayak and Boarding and feel so excited. Minus point that I have booked in advance but when I enter the Entertainment Zone (near the Shell Pool), there were many E staffs there but one male staff with uniform refused to assist me with the activities. Fortunately, other male staff names Hoang Khang proceed to assist me with both activities and the thumbs up for him, while thumbs down for the others. 5. F &B: tremendous breakfast buffet as one of the best in Asia, according to my experience compare the Eastin Bangkok and Marina Bay Sands Singapore. By variety of meal, the quality o

Location is a bi far from main area of island. But it's not problem. You can enjoy whole day at this hotel. Beach and pool are very nice. Facility is very clean. Especially staffs are kind and warm. Best stay in PQ”
We love the food in all 3 restaurants & cafe’. We stayed during Lunar New Year, the hotel was fully booked, quite crowded but we didnt have any bad experiences during the stay. Pink Pearl only offered 1 Tet menu but it was execellent. Breakfast and night buffet were wide variety of food, and so delicious. We will be back for sure!

Overwhelming! Brilliant bartender, great cocktails”
The resort is marvelous with its incredible landscape, architecture and things that make great insta photos. Facilities are great but phone in room doesn't work, so we couldn't call the golf cart to pick us up when checkout. We were almost late for flight. Kinda unpleasant experience on our last day. The only best thing we had at the resort was the lovely female bartender - Phuong / Sunny at the Department of Chemistry bar. She is so lovely, friendly, honest. She knows exactly how to make a cocktail to our taste, and she is so fun to talk to. At first we just planned to have a drink and had no plan to eat dinner at the resort. Sunny was so lovely that we ended up spending the evening there with food and drinks. She is brilliant! Drinks are sooooo good too! Will definitely come back for her :))

Resort itself showed interesting atmosphere by its design intent. Good for who loves a classical and not great for who look for modern facilities. Worth to visit to look around. Due to less guest, they told they reduced breakfast buffet size and kinds of food.

Instagram Hotel”
The architecture of the resort is unique, quirky and beautiful. Every corner of the resort is a worthy instagram stop. The highlight of the trip was dining in Pink Pearl. The ambience of the restaurant and live piano+violin performance made the experience surreal. The main restaurant’s food was ordinary and overpriced. As it was new year period, the restaurants were extremely packed and we even had to queue outside to get seated for breakfast. Staying during off peak season would definitely make the overall experience more enjoyable.
