Always very nice, Bungalows clean and well equipment, Food is good, enough to do in hotel, and still busy during COVID. 300 meters fron your hotel many restaurants, shops, bars. Very relax setting and beautifull beach. We come here allready for the 5th time and next time also we will come back

We are back, for a reason! This Beach resort is for us the best Beach Resort in Kai Bae area. The bungalows are very nice and close to the beach. If you book the front Bungalows you are right at the beach and its very relaxing. The bungalows itself are nice, simple but well taken care. We stay every time wen come to Koh Chang in this beautifull resort with lots of plants and trees arround you. I can highly recommend this resort, and we for sure come back again. Iff you looking for more action in the evening hours than you better skip this resort, because its quit at night times, its more for family with children and people who want to relax at the beach during the day, Thanks KB we looking forward to come again next year

Awesome stay”
Can't complain about anything. The price vs what u get is definitely equal. Breakfast buffet (Thai, European, American) it's fresh and very well prepared. Swimming pool is big but not so deep, it was clean and quiet. Kai Bae is small town but I had everything I need. Grocery stores, lot of restaurants, bars, shops, motorbikes. Wifi is strong enough for working remote, they cleaned my room everyday so it was fresh. Room is spacious and with balcony to the sea view. If I will stay here again? Definitely. I want to stay her wonky two nights but it was so good that I extended for a week.

A terrific few nights”
A wonderful couple of nights in a really cute little property. There really wasn't much to complain about (if pushed, I'd say their WiFi system wasn't great but that was it). Each bungalow is really private, the beds comfortable, bathrooms clean and large, AC quiet and effective, good storage space, pleasant view and a little terrace. Breakfast was great too. I'd like to see a bit more Thai breakfast options, but that's a minor thing. The resort bar and views across the bay were a real treat too.

Best beach side resort in Kae Bae”
The amazing sandy beach that belongs to the resort makes this resort top rated. It also has a great terasse a restaurant and a bar to enjoy the fabulous sunset every day. It has a very chilled style, mostly families and couples rather relaxed. Breakfast was decent, a wide choice of everything. Rooms in the main building are large and comfy they keep them very clean. On the critical side we could see that the resort has had its better days before but this didn't take away anything from our great stay here.

Incredible locatoin, right on the beach, quiet, serene. ”
I love this hotel. I spent 5 nights here. Got an upgrade to a beachside bungalow as the place was empty due to global crisis. The staff is attentive and friendly. The location is amazing, right on the beach, and very quiet. It's really a beautiful paradise and no need to go anywhere can just relax on the beach, bar, restaurant pool. Wi-Fi is great was working from the restaurant and bungalow no problem via laptop. Aircon is new and hums very cool. bed is not amazing but decent and had great sleeps. Will definitely come back. This place is a hidden gem on Koh Chang.

Low key and relaxing for young professionals not looking for a party”
KB Resort’s location is absolutely amazing, that alone was worth the price. The bungalows are slightly dated but still spacious and comfortable. Most other guests are families or older folk, but that was perfect for me as I wasn’t looking for a rowdy trip. Restaurant’s food is quite high quality (I only ate Thai food, however, why eat anything else while you’re here?) and you get an amazing view while dining. The grounds are clean and quiet, and the garden is tranquil while walking to the beach—which only takes all of 30 seconds. The staff was willing to help and provided great service, although at times at the restaurant they did not seem super enthused and bubbly as you might get in America, so please don’t hold that against them because at the end of the day they did a fantastic job, and you can tell they work very hard. If ever, and hopefully sooner rather than later, I return to Koh Chang, I will absolutely be staying with KB Resort again.

Pros - reasonable tariff, good rooms and furnishings in lung deck and lounge. Bar and food good. Internet good but got sick of re-connecting (should make it last a couple of days or weeks as annoying) Pool good and beach child safe with elephants bathe everyday was great. Close to shops and restaurants. Recommended

I stayed here several times and I still like this place, the large room/balcony in the hotel building (3rd floor), the atmosphere within the resort, the location, the friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately this time I had no luck with the hot water (shower), it doesn’t work . And I remember that in earlier years the food was tastier. But it’s still ok, I guess.

Travelled with our 5 years old. Overall it was a great stay for 3 nights. Positive: 1. Small outdoor play area for younger kids. 2. Direct access to beach from the property 3. Lots of restaurants in the walking distance from the property Could be improved: 1. Breakfast was average and same set everyday. No concerns over quality. Nothing available if you are vegan except fruits.

Good value one of the best on Kai Bae Beach”
Great Beach just in front. Nice pool area. Well maintained garden area .Big comfortable rooms and Balcony. Cons: Not enough staff in the restaurant and they seem to work very long hours. Also sanitary installations in the room could be improved and the safe sucks
