The staff went above and beyond ”
The room was well cleaned and very good for what you pay! The location was excellent , right around the corner from stores, exchange places and of course the river Kwai. The breakfast included was one of the best I’ve had and all this for such a bargain of a price! The staff was the nicest I’ve ever had they truly went out to their way to help you with whatever you needed. I will 100% recomend this hotel for anyone going to kanchanaburi. Thank you kanchanaburi city hotel!!

Amazing staff and a great fund”
We booked this a few nights before we were due to stay there. Upon arrival we were made to feel very welcome. The staff were always keen to help and nothing was too much trouble. Blue was a real star and went out of her way to organise travel arrangements for our onward journey. We had a great massage that the hotel organised. The breakfast was extensive with repeated helpings always offered. The adjoining cafe was of a high standard and the staff were once again highly welcoming and attentive. We would recommend this lovely family hotel without hesitation.

We loved our stay here, the staff were so friendly, the location brilliant, breakfast was tasty! We got our laundry done here and hired bikes for free, the room was spacious and clean we couldn't of asked for more

I brought the whole family and friends , this place has accomadated us at the last minute and made us feel so welcome , the food is fantastic and the staff extremely helpfully. Slightly away from all the tourists and close to a few really good local shops .will dedinetly stay here again !!!!

A good place to stay”
We have stayed at this hotel and number of times and always enjoy it. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It is lovely and clean throughout. The pool is excellent and breakfast are good. Location great. The only criticism I have is the internet connection is not without problems and the TV is limited in it's English channels. But other than that it's a very good place to stay.

Stayed here for 1 week with my wife. It’s a nice hotel and the staff is friendly and helpful. They also speak enough English to help you. The pool was very nice and they offer complementary bicycles to explore around. The location is great for a weekend but any longer than that and the area gets a little boring. Not much going around in the area due to Covid ruining the tourist industry. Hotel is located next to the River Kwai bridge and museum. Options for breakfast are very limited within walking distance. The hotel itself was great and I would stay again for a weekend trip to Kanchanaburi.

Bonus: They have bikes to use free which would have been great had I not run out of time. The pool is another bonus to get refreshed after a long day of sightseeing.

Nice staff, perfect location for us, you can use free bicycles. They are old but good enough to explore Kanchanaburi and area. Pool is just great for morning swimming. Only thing we didn't not like was quite loud air condition in the room , but it wasn't too disturbing.
