We stayed there for one night and got the best room near by the waterfall with the really good price! The staff were very helpful. The weather was very cold during winter. Thanks for all of you guys for the good service and memories. Definitely will recommend to others . Only cons is the cafe is public that outsider can come inside as well the resort as well. It was not bother much but just FYI.

Close to the nature, you can find the real waterfall in the resort. If you are looking for the place where you can escape from the people and busy town, this place will definitely answer. The staff were kind, friendly and very helpful.

Exceptional”
Definitely worth staying at if you are looking for something different. Built into a steep hillside with a lovely waterfall as a backdrop. Staff shuttle you up and down in golf carts. Nice restaurant, good room service. Peaceful stay.

Staff was very mind of services but the foods is very bad taste (very sweet for Padkaprao,very salty for Spicy green curry soup and Kapi+chilled sauce ) food doesn’t values with the menu at all

Could be better value, beautiful location”
I wouldn't recommend for other foreigners who can't speak Thai, simply because there was not a single staff member who could speak any English, this meant I was generally ignored/avoided and it felt a little rude. I was shown initially to the wrong room and then taken to the right one after some pointing at Agoda pictures. It was a nice, quiet stay. Perhaps because the resort is very quiet this time of year and because of COVID, there were lots of bugs in the room and a cockroach and the bath was quite dusty. All round a beautiful location and peaceful stay but the value for money could definitely be improved by better service and cleanliness.

This is a great place to come and just read a book for a couple of days. One thing that we saw others doing that we wished that we also would have done is ordering Thai bbq outside our room with a view over the waterfall. That is definetly a must for next time :)

Good location, that’s it”
I booked the better room due to the jacuzzi, which was not working. They tried fixing it, didn’t work out. Same for Telefone. Max the offered was a 20% discount in their overpriced coffee shop. Breakfast was sent to the room. I happily skipped it and bought something outside. The waterfall is nice, but if you wanna have more comfort, book Panviman. It was just fully booked, that’s why we ended here.

The Best Location in Mae Rim”
At first, our impression started from Khun Ood, representative of Kangsadan Resort, gave good hospitality and took us up to the resort. Along the way, he gave useful idea for attractions in CNX especially in Mae Rim. Between our stay, all staffs are full of passion to serve us the most convenience. Now, we talk about their location. Imagine when you wake up, open a room door and then you can see waterfall on your right and sea of fog on your left. (Luckily ours, on the night before there was heavy rain while we slept. That was source of fog.) We felt like paradise on earth.

Hidden Gem, a MUST visit”
It's a hidden gem. The resort has a personal waterfall which you can see all time from your bedroom, walk and play at waterfall anytime you want, sound of waterfall makes it more relaxing (I like it), awesome and quiet surroundings and rooms are quiet well maintained (still some improvements can be done but it is well at good standard). It is not a modern equipped hotel which I believe will not match with the surroundings. It has thai style wooden house which makes it more nicer. It little far so better to have your own car so easy to go around. Close to all attractions. Pack you stuff and just enjoy few days here relaxing, hip hopping at attraction close to it or just sit and let the time pass at their restaurant facing the waterfall and view of valley. Sad that the owner is not promoting it properly though they are investing on it to keep in maintained. Anyone in resort business would be jealous to see this property and would like to own it but not sure why the owner does not promotes it that well as it has the best location in Mae Rim. I fully enjoyed though and will be back with my family to stay there in winters.

Hotel in Nature of Forest and Waterfall”
I and my family member 8 people (included 2 babies) stayed in this Kangsadarn resort & waterfall since Nov 2011. My husband booked it via agoda and we drived from Chiengmai city to this resort arriving at 8 PM. It's very difficult to drive to this hotel in the night time because the resort is located far away from the city and have many bend along the road to this resort. Actually it is very beautiful if we drive in the day time which not feel dangerous like the night time. When we arrived the resort, it is very dark and not much guests but we like this kind of peaceful. The resort has the waterfall itself,it's really natural and our babies like it. The resort reception did something mistake about our rooms, however they moved us to the better room but not close to the waterfall view. The quality of service is good, room is clean and safe. The breakfast is not yummy as we wished but it's ok if compared with the price, we are happy and satisfied with it.

Breath taking view! Soak in the atmosphere. ”
We are glad that we made trip here! Just loved the surrounding nature and the sound of the waterfall and of course the view! Got upgraded to a deluxe room and we loved the room and the balcony. The one hour ride up was well worth it! Breakfast was ok, only two options but well worth the money. Be prepared to have some insects/mosquitos around you because it's nature but the staff provided me with some repellent and worked fine for us. You could see some elephants passing by if you get lucky. Don't worry about food, it's cheap and delicious so just dine in. If you are in Chiang Mai, make a trip down to the resort and stay in for a day at least. No Wi-Fi in the rooms so if you need it, get a sim card beforehand or just stay away from phone. Thanks alot to all the staff for making it a memorable stay for us :)

Awesome location.”
A very different experience than my normal hotel booking. Stumbled on this hotel by accident. The good price and the location was what attracted me at first. You check in at the top of the hillside where the hotel is located greeted by a nice cool Thai drink. Then staff escort you down the hillside directly to your room in a golf buggy cart. Each rooms are log cabin style with own shower room that has an external shower if you feel like getting close to nature. Our cabin room was next to a natural waterfall which was awesome and amazing view. Even got to see an elephant come down to the waterfall stream taking photos with some tourists. Breakfast was outside on a wooden decked raised canopy to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the outside natural scenery - so beautiful, have some photos to share these memories. Great place to stay as well as some natural forest parks to explore nearby. Our cabin was clean and has simple toiletries, snacks and assortment of drinks in the fridge.

Driving from Chiang Mai night market to the resort will be around one hour, same direction to Parnvimarn resort. The Kangsadarn resort is very nice, you can hear the sound of waterfalls even from your room, nice view. Breakfast was ok, room serivice available only until 07.00pm.
