This hotel is very convenient and accesible. A stone's throw away from the scenic riverfront community and walking distance to many city sights like the morning and night markets. GRAB to Central Chanthaburi is less than 100B. Rooms are well equipped and tv signal is strong and clear. Toilets are of good size and fully fitted with cold and hot water. Basic toiletries are also provided and topped-up during room cleaning hours. The restaurant also serves good breakfast for all guests and visitors. Reception and security is available at all hours. This is a value-for-money hotel that should be considered for visit to Chanthaburi.

vintage hotel in a good location”
Not the most modern looking hotel but it's really neat with it's clean interior. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood so no interruption to your sleep. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The toilet was adeqaute and loved their shampoo/shower foam although the shower head (trickling) and shower area (small) could be better. Location puts you at a 2 minute walk to the riverside oldtown street and a further 10-15 minute walk to the Cathedral of Immaculate Conception Chanthaburi. Friendly staff which was well appreciated.

My initially booking for 5nights, I extended 2 more night because I enjoyed Chanthaburi so much. Kasemsarn has been a very comfortable stay. The rooms are clean. New towels are issued, wrapped in plastic. Cup are all wrapped. Water is provided free of charge. Everything is good at this hotel. I encourage all to book this hotel for your stay in Chanthaburi.

An old dated hotel but newly renovated, the deluxe room was spacious but came with tiny toilet and shower area. Staffs were polite, friendly and helpful. Very clean facilities and rooms.

The location is its best strength. It's really close to lots of attractions. The room was okay. It's clean and nice. It's worth what you pay for. If I were to visit this hotel again, I will probably choose this hotel. For some reasons, I have a feeling that my mom would love this hotel very much.

This accommodation locates at the heart of the old city of Chanthaburi. So it's very close to the old market, river promenade, Catholic church and Buddhist temple. The room is very very clean and decorated well. The staffs are so generous. I would recommend this hotel for every one!

A spotless clean hotel, very nice lobby, nice rooms. Location misses 1 star because the rooms to the main street are a bit noisy. Very near to the river and the night market. Staff misses 1 star because although very friendly and courteous their English was poor.
