My experience at Kaya Hotel was really pleasant! The location was easy to reach as it was on one of the main biggest roads in Tuy Hoa. Though it was not really at the center of the city but you can easily walk/go by taxi to both the city centre and the beach, coz Tuy Hoa is a small city anyway. The facilities were not all new but in pretty good condition. The staff were caring, super friendly and helpful, offering us help whenever we need, allowing early check-in when we arrived earlier coz of the flight time change. Espcially when we already checked out and went to the airport but forgot our stuff their, they kindly helped sending it to us! I had an enjoyable trip thanks to Kaya and Phu Yen people! P.s. I really like the smoothies from the cafe at the opposite of Kaya (On Dien Bien Phu side) - cheap price but great quality kk

The stay at Kaya Hotel was excellent. The bedrooms were clean and spacious with AC, TV, WIFI, the whole works. The breakfast experience was amazing. Everything was tasty and delicious, well worth your money. The price for the accommodation as a whole was decent and worth every penny. I recommend this Hotel!

nice, friendly staff but they did not give us the towel if not be asked. There were some insects in the room. This hotel's in good location so they have many activities there: parties, exhibition so it 's not convenience for the guest to stay there. Anyway, I will stay in this hotel again if come to Tuy hoa city.

The room is large and nice”
Very old elevator, and it seems that the hotel does not do maintenance well for public area. The room is large and nice. Location is fine, close to places you can have typical food of Phu Yen. Reception service is good. However, the breakfast buffet is very poor. Food is not refilled after 8 even though time for breakfast is announced from 6 to 9.

- The hotel facilities is good, but the room is not be clean. There is not any carpet, especially in the bathroom. The buffet is poor, not many dishes to choose. Breakfast ends so early (on 9 am). The good point is hotel in the center of Tuy Hoa city, near beach, square.

Downgraded hotel with poor management”
- Room is ok but under 4 star standard - Pool is very small - Be careful with food price in this hotel restaurant, I had very bad experience using their service, they charged me a dish so called " So huyet" without informing the price, and finally you have to pay very very high and no help from the manager. I did have to phone Phu Yen tourism dept to solve the issue.

My 1week stay was very pleasant The staff were quite helpful and extremely friendly There was a bit of confusion on my last day. Apparently no one informed the front desk that I had until 12 noon to check out Thus I was still in my room when a couple attempted to unlock my door assuming to check into my room. I told them that I was not ready to vacate and that the room also needed to be cleaned They kindly left and I assumed were placed in another room

Other trhan the hiccup at check in (the guy at the reception was struggling with English), I had a positive experience. The ssuperior room was large and comfy, except for the peeling wall paper. Food and drinks were reasonably priced. Breakfast was good, served on the panoramic restaurant on the 15th floor. I'd stay here agaian.

I stayed here for a couple days .Bathroom floor flooded every time i use the shower . Electricity keep on trip making that click buzzing noise .The hotel cleaner very noisy they do not respect their surrounding

It isn't a real 4 stars hotel”
I had expected that the services and facilities of the hotel was provided as same standards in 4 stars hotel I had stayed, however they weren't. Water was leaking continuously from the air-con and wind came to the room strongly and sometime we couldn't sleep. Towels didn't look clean, and there was no to ventilator in toilet. Breakfast was quite poor. Swimming fool was so dirty and I didn't see anyone cleaning it during my stay. The only convenience of the hotel is its location and we easily visited either center-city or beach.

booked rooms via agoda only to get there and have them tell us that they have run out of rooms for the first night and we would have to share beds. after long negotiations, they were able to offer us what we initially booked anyway. shower had a leak and made the enitre bathroom floor wet, air conditioner was noisy. other than then, it was a nice places to stay but i would rate it a 3 star hotel.

Nice location. Great views. Look for sea view and upper floors. Staff polite. Some, less comfortable in English, but manageable. No bugs or cockroaches, as mentioned by others. Housekeeping services were satisfactory. No issues. Breakfast was more oriental-oriented, but some basic western fare available. You won't go hungry :) Breakfast served in an attractive area of the lobby.
