Great location on White Sand Beach”
My wife and I booked a Beachfront Paradise Villa with our 11 month year old and 5 y year old sons and had a wonderful time. KC grande provided a baby crib and the King size bed fit the rest of us easily. Our beachfront villa was awesome. We were just steps away from the gorgeous White Sand beach where we spent the most of our time and kept the kids sand toys outside on our patio, so we didn’t need carry towels or toys anywhere. We turned on the baby monitor and between my wife and myself we were able to enjoy the beach, napping on the patio while the kids were either sleeping in the room or playing in the sand at the beach. The kids play room near the main pool came in handy when the kids needed a break from the sun and the 4 swimming pools also were very nice especially the main pool with the kids slide and the adult swim up bar. The gym had everything I needed for a vacation workout but it’s on the small size. The included breakfast was very good. We all enjoyed the quality & variety and the food quality was the best of our included breakfast meals we had at all our Thailand hotels while on this Nov-Dec 2022 Thailand vacation. We will definitely be coming back. There are so many restaurants/ bars, massage shops, 7 -11 or Big C, souvenir vendors within walking distance that we got most of our Christmas shopping completed before going to Bangkok. The staff at the hotel was also amazing and friendly! Everyone from checkin/ checkout, breakfast staff , crossing street staff, to cleaning staff and the staff that cleans the leaves and beach area every morning at our villa were great. Did I mention that they will drop you off and pick you up from your villa (golfcart)if you have a lot of bags and children. Awesome service. Awesome time. We are coming back next year in 2023 😀

Luxurious, Well Staffed top resort.”
My partner and I stayed here for five nights in early October 2022. We had the hillside jacuzzi deluxe suite. On arrival I was a little annoyed at being asked to pay a 2000 baht deposit at reception but I suppose that's common practice here in Thailand and I should have expected that. I just find it rather vulgar. However, when we got to our room I could see why a deposit was asked for. The room is so well furnished and stocked with mod cons. The towels and robes are good quality and replenished frequently. The room - I was a little disappointed at first because it was situated away from the beach and the main resort. The resort is really big and spacious with many buildings. The hillside villas/rooms are actually across the main road on the island that runs through the resort. By 'main road' I mean its a single lane road, but nevertheless it is busy as its the only road. Also because the resort is at the bottom of a hill the cars/SUVs/Trucks come through at a dangerous un-policed speed so crossing the road must be done with caution. The hotel does provide a guard who is constantly helping people cross the road. SO, the layout of the resort is rather spoiled by the rad that divides it. It seems to me that the KC grande was originally the resort by the beach and they have bought up and incorporated a different resort on the other side of the road. The hillside suites are in a building that has two swimming pools. One on the roof, and another at ground level. It is all good and clean and useful. There's also a bar on the rooftop pool. It has good views of the sunset. The room was large and plush. The bed was extremely comfortable and with top quality bedding. The bathroom was excellent. Piping hot water whenever needed. Excellent shower and bath tub/jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi is a bath tub - not big enough or two. The staff are friendly, speak good English and are helpful and accommodating. A very solid 4* hotel”
KC complex is great and has pretty much everything you'd need for a great holiday without having to go elsewhere. There are several pools, one with a decent waterslide, spa, pool bar, free paddle boards and kayaks, restaurant, activities (mini net for badminton or volleyball, mini football gates), private beach, sauna, etc. The breakfast had a huge variety of cuisines to choose from. The room was of a good wise with good comfy bed and elegant decor. It had a large balcony as well. The advertised ocean view though, perhaps, was a slight overstatement. You could barely see a strip of the sea above the buildings. It was also obvious though that the place had accumulated some wear and tear throughout the years. The lift of the hillside building needed some proper love as it looked like it wasn't refurbished since the beginning of time. The bathroom could do with a few decorative touch ups here and there as well. Also there could be more sunbeds as those were pretty much always occupied. Overall - a good choice for a comfortable stay in Koh Chang.

There was something wrong with the air-conditioner in our room, when we informed the staff we got a upgraded room. The hotel was better than our expectations. Very clean room, great breakfast and good activities like yoga, kayak and Thai boxing. Had my best massage in the spa. The last night, we tried the Thai restaurant, which was by far the best restaurant in the area.

One of the best I've ever stayed in.”
I one of the best resorts I've ever stayed in. My balcony opened up to the pool z. It was a dream come true as I stepped out in the morning and did some laps before breakfast. The food is 5 star and pool clean. The only problem I had were the Christmas Carols being played at breakfast . Thai music would have been nice, instead hearing about Christmas. Thanks

Exceptional”
Fairytale resort! We stayed at a Garden villa, which was so beautiful and spacious. The bathroom was amazing, it had a spacious shower and a bathtub. The terrace was also super big and with an amazing sea view. The property was surrounded by so much greenery. Resort is located on White sands beach, which is a really dreamy beach and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Thailand resorts. If I ever return to Koh Chang, KC Grande will be my first choice, because everything about this resort is wonderful.

The best hotel in koh chang”
This is our family hotel. We been here 4 time per year. My kids love the kid pool with a turtle slide, the good thing is we don't need to swim with them they can play by themself so the parent can relax. Pina Colada is the must to try! Spa and massage you can not miss it, so relax. Brealfast is the best there are many varity of food to select. Private beach will make you enjoy to swim. Staff are friendly and can remember the guess. Love this hotel.

Very good place to stay in Koh Chang!”
I had a chance to stay here one night in KC Grande before heading back to BKK. Though it was a quick stay, I really enjoyed the place. The room was very well clean and accommodating. Additionally, the staffs here were so nice! They do not hesitate to assist me during my stay. I did got a chance to met some fellowmen (from Philippines!) too working at KC Grande (namely Jonathan, Roxan, Mark and Lovely). I enjoyed the buffet breakfast which so many varieties to choose from. It was a great experience indeed! I will definitely come back here with my family. For the dinner time, they will serve you tasty foods while the bands where singing live! It was so lovely (again, it was a Filipino band!). Though it was a bit raining on that day and had no chance to enjoy the beach, they still have few swimming pools to swim on! So no problem at all! What I really enjoyed was their infinity pool! So relaxing!

I am very impressed to stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a good location and not too far from the pier, so you don’t have to drive for a long time to get there. A wild variety of breakfast, but the beach front seats are a bit less, might not be enough. I think definitely have to stay here again!!

Beautiful location”
Stayed the last few nights of my stay on KC in the paradise beachfront villa, what can I say?. Well it was stunning, however I did stay during test and go with tourists limited and had a big impact on the price a night, that being said a room of that standard and views would be worth paying for. Staff helpful and friendly, multiple pools, water sports and restaurants and live singers some nights. Also some great little bars and restaurants on the beach right next to the resort. A lovely resort In a top location, would recommend and stay again.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Sea View Grand Deluxe room. I was really pleasantly surprised by the room, the facilities (nice pools!), the breakfast, and the staff. Everything exceeded my expectations, I wish I could have stayed longer. It’s on the nicest beach on Koh Chang.

Best location in Koh Chang”
I live in Thailand and visit Koh Chang on a fairly regular basis and the KC Grande is my favorite hotel. With the best location in Koh Chang, large, clean rooms, many English TV channels, great wifi, and a fantastic breakfast buffet what’s not to like? They also have a very good exercise facility with a great view and modern machines that all work great. I’ve been a regular guest at this hotel over the years and they never fail to impress me with their English speaking and accommodating staff.

Nice hotel”
Despite limited numbers of tourists this place was still busy. Has excellent pool, boxing area, nice gardens on the best beach in Koh Chang. Stayed on the beach side and had minor problems with room but got an upgrade to a beach front bungalow which was superb. Buffet breakfast excellent. Nice hotel.

The location of KCs is perfect, white sand beach is ideal for water activities, walks, and sunset drinks. The hotel staff are great and the room (paradise beachfront villa) had magnificent views and was very well appointed. Only one very minor suggestion; that the hotel looks at providing an alternative menu option to the evening buffet on Friday and Saturday nights - we were told our only other option was room service, however, 15 Palms is nearby and provided great off the menu options for those two nights - right on the beach. KCs is one of our favorite hotels in Thailand when considering value for money.

Stayed 16 nights. Excellent buffet breakfast. Nice rooms. We did have a couple of issues with the room and got an upgrade to a beachfront bungalow so that was nice. Nice pools, gym, and boxing area. Beach is best on Koh Chang. Clean and clear water. Some trees give shade. Happy.
