Amazing staff ”

Staff are very accommodating, went above and beyond to help with everything, Dani the manager was exceptional and went out of his was to make sure our stay perfect. The location is good, close to restaurants and beach. The breakfast was tasty but only has a few options to pick from off a menu. Overall good value for money and would definitely stay again.

A Pleasant Place”

Stayed there for a night with my family of 6 adults and two children under 12. Booked three rooms and they were pretty clean. A bit different from the pictures online but understandable due to the affect of pandemic, the buildings a bit old and rusty. The room smelled like mold which my mom complained about and we were quickly moved to another one (a better one ofc). Then we had a bit of a problem with the air-conditioning but again, the staff were very helpful and quickly helped us fix it. It was a very pleasant stay, the staff were very kind and fast to service us. Overall was a pleasant and great stay at the hotel. The hotel is also very close to the Art Gallery Market where you can buy some good Senggigi souvenirs. Love their Guava juice 😁

Nice resort feel hotel”

Nice room but bad toilet and wifi. I was having trouble with my flight booking and the bad wifi makes it worse.. I spend 3.5hrs waiting online only to be disconnected multinuosly due to e wifi. If they can improve on th wifi and toilet condition, it will be great.

This place is just 6/10. The stairs is high not recommended for elderly and children. ”

My lauggage handle was broken when stuffs bringing in to my room. I think it wasn't on purpose so I didn't propose for any claim. Staffs should been professionally handle customer lauggage.

The pool didn't get cleaned. We asked the staff to do it but they didn't. We didn't get towels when we were at the pool. That was very dissapointing. But overall it was a good hotel. The location is a bit "off", there is not much to do.

Review about the smelly toilet is real. Otherwise everything about the room is ok. ”

The cleanliness of the facilities are not well kept. Damages of floorboard around the swimming pool. Though we were the first guest in the restaurant for breakfast, the staff were just standing around, the floor of the restaurant were dirty.

Very disappointed. ”

The resort is very, very run down sadly. Grounds are untidy and unkempt. Pools were not maintained properly. No sun-lounges, tables, chairs with umbrellas along pool. There were just a couple of old, unpadded rickerty ones. We asked staff about sun beds and umbrellas like in their advertising and they said there were none. Room wasn’t serviced until late in the afternoon...just as we returned from all day tours!! Room service dirty dishes not removed for 3 days. Bathroom stunk due to the way the shower drainage is built. Black smelly slime builds up and shower overflows. Safe broken. Money stolen from room. Staff seemed miserable. So much potential gone to waste.
