Best hotel ever”
We booked this hotel through agoda.com, and this hotel offers no credit card needed for reservation, and no cancel fee which is good for people don’t want to use credit card in different country. When we call before we headed there regarding some tours, a sweet girl named Selena or Đào is her Vietnamese’s name with beautiful voice help us to choose reasonable price but best services and fit our schedule also. She was pretty patient because we went back and forth couple time before we reached our agreement. Further more, she took care of us from A to Z, so it made our trip more smooth and pleasant. She went extra miles to get us a good deal for our tour, and all transportation from and to airport. She made sure that the tour bus picked us up and dropped off right at the hotel so we didn’t have to wander around. When we had 5 hours free between two trips, but we didn’t need to book one more day at the hotel. She referred us to have a massage across from the hotel so we can have a shower plus a refreshment. We also got 15% off for the massage due to her referral. Thanks for their staffs we had a best time, and we definitely will refer our friends to this hotel

The hotel location is perfect in bustling street.The staff especially Selena was very friendly and helpful. They also can arrange for spa with some discount. We took the day trip with them to Tam Coc.They clean the room without being instruct. Overally perfect!!

The rooms were super clean and as good as a 4 star hotel room, its right in between the city so you can walk a while to reach the famous places. The staff are super kind and would help you with everything. They also speak english.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to the old quarter as well as the lake. Room is a decent size with all you need. The minibar prices are the same as shops. Staff are extra helpful if you need anything. Breakfast has large variety to suit everyone

I booked 1 night at Ken Hotel by Connek and it turned out to be so amazing! The hotel isn't big but was very good. All of staff here can speak English very well and so helpful when I have to get my taxi to airport in early morning. - nice & clean room - Breakfast + WIFI - super nice+polite+helpful staff, all are able to speak English - Near convenient mart (circle), 5 min to down town Hoan Kiem Lake, many coffee shops and restuarant Really recommend and worth your money!

The extended one day was more expensive than our initial 3 days and 2 nights stay, plus no free breakfast. But still worth the money, since its very clean, the location is superB, the beds were very comfortable, staff was good with English as well.

Stayed for 4 nights during our Vietnam trip. The room was clean and quiet, so I was able to rest comfortably. It was so good that it was close to Beer Street, Hoan Kiem Lake, and Traditional Market Street, and above all, the friendliness of the staff stood out.
