Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room size was good. Bed was comfortable. Easy access to hotel, and nice gardens. Didn’t have anything to eat or drink here, so can’t comment on that. Bathroom was quite dirty, and was home to a few cockroaches. The bedside lamp didn’t work

ok for a night between between tdx and islands”

the place is pretty new, with nice, fresh rooms. we stayed here to stage our return from koh mak to bkk, as we did not trust that we could return from the island to bkk in one day, given it was off-season. this place is isolated from the next wide-spot-in-the-road, so pick up anything you need in trat center before staying here. other than the typically poor wifi, this place is fine. don't expect much for breakfast. again, the only reason we stopped here was to be relatively near tdx airport, there's nothing near here otherwise, at least that we noticed.

Apart from 1 lady, staff don't speak english, the girl in the the restaurant couldn't decide to serve food or not (@4pm) eventually after 10 minutes she said that the restaurant was open so i ordered vegetarian pad thai, now if you ever had this dish you know how disappointed i was to recieve macaroni like pasta with god knows what sauce on it and very little tofu-like things on it wrapped in some super thin pencake, which tasted like eggs....pad thai had nothing to do with that dish, but since there is nothing near the hotel, not even a shop, i had no choice but eat it. The room was clean an all, but this hotel is more for local people on the way to bangkok for a sleep over as the hotel is located right by the highway. they were having a laugh when they told me that the taxi was gonna cost 900 BHT to the airport, at the end i got there for 250, which was still a rip-off, but again, nothing near the hotel, so just had to live with it. I wouldnt stay here again, i would rather pay more and stay in trat city.

i have been for first time at khao saming p.r. before one year with my girl friend on the way to koh chang just for overnight.it was just acceptable, basic amenities very simple and clear.before a few days i decide to do the same trip alone.this place is without maintenance, rooms looks so cheap and extremely used.the bathroom was full of long hair and the breakfast suitable just for pigs.of course is a cheap place for overnight but realy it doesn't worth.

Positive It is absolutely value for money. Beautiful hotel Nice balcony Cordial staff Negative Breakfast is not very rich. You should not actually expect better at this cost. No swimming pool; again you should not expect. Room could be cleaner.

We live in Isaan and booked this hotel as a layover stop before taking the ferry to ko chang. it is only 20 minutes to the ferry, so its a good location. that is the only positive point of this hotel. the staff is lazy and prefers to watch tv. there was no hot water at any time of day or night. the carpets and floors were dirty. and the craziest thing is that there is a huge gap in the balcony with no railing. this is on the side of the hotel with the 'family rooms', which seems pretty bad. its very cheap, and a good layover spot for the ferry, but don't expect anything out of it. i think we will take the extra drive and stay in Trat on our next trip to the island.

Vacant hotel, disgusting water and awkward service”

Enormous hotel with no one there. Awkward and annoying staff. No one spoke a word of English. I could speak more thai then they could English. When requesting a vegan options I got laughed at. They made me a vegetable green curry that tasted like fish sauce. I asked about massage upon arrival and they told be around 4 or 5pm. I waited around and no massage ever happened, even after asking the front desk. The shower was terrible and so was the water. Water in the room tasted like chlorine/metal and the water in the restaurant tasted moldy. I will never stay here again and would never recommend it to anyone. What a waste.

Alles andere als ein Paradies”

Ich habe bereits vor 2 Jahren dort gewohnt, als es gerade eröffnet hat. Damals war alles schön neu und man war sehr bemüht. Nach nur 2 Jahren ist alles sehr abgenutzt, den Wasserhahn musste mann Festhalten,die Befestigung hatte sich gelöst. Wenn man warm duschen wollte, musste man immer erst den Boiler unter dem Waschtisch anschalten. Außerdem wurde unser Zimmer am 2 Tag nicht gemacht. Dises Hotel ist auch von der Lage her für keinen Touristen zu empfehlen, da die Taxis von dort sehr teuer sind und das günstige Sammeltaxi nur 2 mal pro Tag, einmal Morgens und einmal Abends, daran vorbeifährt. Ein Resort ist das dort auch nicht, und erst recht kein Paradies. Internet war übrigens die ganze Zeit defekt.
