The King Finger Hotel is an excellent hotel,and I highly recommend it. The room was clean and the views were amazing. This is the first hotel room I have ever had that actually had a comfortable chair in it,and I have visited a lot of hotels. The breakfast was good with a. great variety of food. and Rose and the other dining room staff did a great job.. The swimming pools were wonderful, actually our whole stay and all the staff we interacted with were fantastic Definately Will be returning to The King Finger Hotel

I've never stayed in a hotel where all the staff were so friendly and welcoming everyday. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean and some have brilliant views especially to 2 pool rooftop u can see for miles during the day and then watch the city come alive at night with colour. Breakfast buffet is different everyday with plenty to choose from. Amazing place I'll be back.

I spent 4 days here. The location is good, many restaurants nearby. Tourist package is offered, I booked one-day tour to Bana Hills from the hotel. In conclusion, the staffs are super nice and helped me a lot. If I go to Da Nang again, I will book the hotel with no doubt.

nice hotel. the staff at the hotel is very friendly. in particular, the staff(leeyounmi) is very friendly. this hotel is recommended if you don't want to use pool like pool villa. the swimming pool is on the rooftoop, offering great night views and views of the dragon bridge and asia park. i recommend it.

Many other reviewers have mentioned the point of excellent staff service and I concur. In my experience when even The Shangri La can fail I do appreciate when independent hotels exceed! Not only were the staff superb in sorting out any requests but every morning the managers would meet and greet guests. Part of the chat would inevitably go to my plans for the day with succinct and clear advice on how to ensure I go the best out of my plans. Another example was when I was making toast staff would ask me to choose or eat something else then they would bring over golden toast with a smile. I can give endless examples but perhaps the most meaningful one for me was that that when I mentioned that a male neighbour was shouting down his phone at 6.30am the manager empathised. She disappeared and came back to tell me that she moved the next neighbour to ensure I had a single lady, who she envisaged would be (& was) quieter. In years of being an a plethora of hotels this is the first time

Nice hotel. Only 1 thing negative. The exercise room was disappointing because some of the equipment was broken and could not be used. The snooker table could use a new cloth also.
