Overall stay was fine, price was on the higher side due to Christmas weekend. Mr Samsul was very helpful throughout the check-in & check-out process. Just FYI, the deposit is rm250 (payable via cash, credit or debit card) + rm50 (payable via cash only to EST concierge) both deposit will be return upon check-out.

Needed a place to stay near my office for a week and it was indeed a great choice. Though I did not spend a lot of time in the room, the unit was clean and comfortable. Really near to KL Sentral, and the linked bridge have you covered when returning at late night.

I arrived and was assisted by Mr.Syahmi who was very very helpful. I got a very lovely room and the stay was very comfortable. 5 stars for Mr.Syahmi who was very efficient and accommodating and was reachable easily via WhatsApp. I will definitely recommend anyone who is in business travel / solo or with family to stay here.

Great Experience”
As the comments varies alot, so I decided to book the place. Getting there is quite a pain when you drive because the road is one-way, and the building is attached to Alila Hotel. I stayed in the deluxe studio and it was quite spacious with a great city view. one review warned me that I needed to bring my own toothpaste and toothbrush. She was right! It was not provided, but other amenities are provided. I was not asked for 300 Ringgit deposit even though the staff has informed me, perhaps because I arrived way past midnight so the key was dropped into the mailbox. I only had to deposit 50 Ringgit for the access card at the reception and it was refundable during check out. Behind the building is the Little India area with lots of Indian diners. but if you walk across the river though the Bangsar Bridge, you could find a nice Nasi Kandar and some other Malay food options. There are also fruit shops and convenient store once you pass the Bangsar bridge into the LRT station.

Convenient location! ”
The place and service is really nice. I liased with Mr Shamsul for the whole check-in and check-out process, and the service was really nice! The place itself is connected with LRT Station which is a huge plus. The room is huge enough to accommodate 5 (or more) people. The only thing that the room lack are probably 1) mirrors, 2) clock and 3) slippers. But regardless, a very nice place to stay.

Overall happy with the amenities. However, we were displeased with the last-minute arrangement made by the staff. We were told on the evening before our last day that the management would be coming by to do Wi-Fi installation. I told the staff this would be an inconvenience to us as we already had plans for the day and so we would not be able to stay at the unit during the installation. He told us we could leave and go on with our plans while they do the work but this wasn't something we were comfortable with as we had several valuables in the unit. We relented in the end as the person I was in contact with kept insisting that the scheduling was out of his control and that it would only take a few minutes. On the day they were supposed to come, the management was late by ONE HOUR. I asked the staff if they could reschedule with the provider as we were running late, only to be met with a guilt-tripping response saying that the scheduling was out of his control and this installation was necessary for the convenience of their next guests.

The studio condo was superb. It is loacated near the kL sentral which is the heart of every transportation in Kuala Lumpur. Only one station to go to the kL sentral and you can take the train just in front of the building. But the only things that concern me is the height of the building and the corridor has no safety measurement. If you bring your child please do take care of them as the fence is not too high
