Lovely hotel for peace and quiet. ”
My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights. It was our first trip to Koh Chang and we throughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a garden view bungalow and the room was spacious, very comfortable bed, huge bathroom and it was immaculately clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful and the resort itself is ina very quiet location at the north end of klong phrao beach. There isn’t much nightlife around which was what we like. So if you want nights out and lots of bars and restaurants, look elsewhere….but if you like peace and quiet it’s great. The beach itself it nice, clean and well maintained and the sunsets here a spectacular.

Awesome Resort, Great Location”
Awesome location of this Resort 50 m from one of the islands police stations, not that you'll need it. Dining, laundry, massage, hair salons, 7-Eleven and supermarkets along with eating options and bars short 5 to 10 minute walking distance in both directions on Main Road. Clean resort rooms, pool, restaurant , and Beach. Awesome friendly staff that were and fun to deal with. In room bar fridge that was fully stocked, along with a variety of 200 mil bottles of whiskey and others. Breakfast has a large variety of hot and cold dishes along with fruits and danishes including an egg station with chefs. Resort Spa reasonably priced, and offered a variety of services. Wife had the body scrub and massage. Pool has a kids pool attached along with a seated section with jets. It also has an swim up pool bar, with numerous Happy Hours throughout the day and night with reasonable prices.

Very nice resort and lovely staff”
We had a very nice holiday and we stayed in a superior beachfront bangalow. The bangalow was very clean and comfortable. The beach was just 5 meters from our front door. The beach was very clean with a nice sandy bottom. The buffet breakfast was quite good with a large variety of choices. We had dinner at the resort restaurant and were impressed with food and reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and very polite. We will definitely return to the resort in the future.

One of the nicest resorts in Koh Chang”
We stayed in a villa,bungalow, or whatever you wanna call it. It was extremely clean, good looking, fairly big and was cleaned every day. The only thing I didn't like was the door/window entrance. It was really hard to close sometimes from the inside and the outside aswell. Breakfast was diverse, and plenty. The swimming pool was fabulous and had a great view. There are shops nearby on the main road: 7 eleven, pharmacy, massage place, tour agency, etc. Overall staying there was a nice experience

We stayed at the beach facing bungalows for 5 days. Enjoyed the beach in the morning. Boys loved the water park which was good. Pool also good. We had weekend evening, fire show. Breakfast was good variety. Rooms were clean. Staff was good. Had good interaction With Alex and Mark. There was a 7-11 and local food available on the main road on the left side exit. Marcos and a sea food restaurant on the main road on the right side exit

Great place to stay in Koh Chang”
Our room, right on the beach, was excellent. The buffet-breakfast was very good. They had a fire show while we were there which we enjoyed. The pool was very good and the location of the resort idyllic. At the far end of the resort there is a small stream that runs into the sea and the smell here can be quite bad. Also, if you plan on spending much time on the beach itself (eg digging in the sand as you have young children) you should take precautions against sand-flies. Overall this is a great place to stay and we will definitely come again.

The Manager is really amazing. He seems to be overloaded with work due to the less number of staff - possibly impacted due to CoVID. Strategically located near everything. Fantastic breakfast and behavior of Staff and you get everything you need. Clean and we were very happy as we did very early check-out and the Manager were waiting with the breakfast basket for us!!! We certainly loved the place and would recommend!! Thank YOU!

Good hotel with a nice beach”
The only downside is that not all the rooms are in the same condition. At first, we were placed into the room which had a bit run down bathroom and it had stains on the walls(mold inside from the bathroom wall being wet constantly) and also the plastic parts on the toilet were veeery old...Also got the ant problem in the room and were moved to another room of the same type and it was much much better! More nicely looking and less run down. So overall a nice hotel, but this inconsistency...And anyway, how hard is it to paint the wall and to put the new plastic toilet seat? The breakfast was good with big variety so no complaints there and the beach was nice and cleaned every day.

Better four star resort on Koh Chang”
We personally enjoyed and preferred our private pool villa (less exposed than the pool villas and units facing directly the beach). Loved walking the beach shore line particularly during sunrise/sunsets. Very pleasant service. Breakfast buffets also satisfying. Also multiple outside dining locations few minutes drive north and south of resort too. A place to return.

Real paradise with accommodating staff ”
This place is a gem, next t the beach. It has everything from massage to pool, from fire shows to other activities. We went with other families and the kids enjoyed the place. The breakfast is decent and the staff is happy to make a vegetarian option. I would love to go to this place again and again. Highly recommended for families.

Amazing Family Vacation Spot”
This was our second time to stay at Koh Chang Paradise because we like it so much. Unfortunately, this time our beds were very hard, but hopefully that can be improved in the future. The facilities are lovely, food delicious, staff accommodating, and beach and ocean gorgeous. We plan to return many more times!

Gorgeous pool, immaculate white sandy beach”
Check-in was great. Was met by a porter in car park who carried our bags to our bungalow. We didn't pay for sea view, but got a free upgrade. (It's low season). We were the only couple on 350m of gorgeous white sandy beach. Drinks service at your sunbed. Swimming pool is immaculate and again we were the only ones in there. Breakfast was great and well stocked. Room is comfortable, clean and there is plenty of hot water

Fantastic resort. We absolutely loved our time on Koh Chang Paradise resort. The staff was friendly and helpfull and the bungalows and private villa is amazing. Location is right on a beautiful beach, with a very good restaurant, goodand amazing fireshow at night. A special thanks to Cake, who take very good care of you in the restaurant at night. The breakfast could was okay, but could upgrade. You have a waterpark with slides across the street - very nice with children, both small and bigger. We will be back for sure

Comfortable resort / bungalows on the beach. Friendly service. Water slide park is fun, but guests should be careful. Some of the slides are dangerous and easy to get hurt.
