Exceeded our expectation!”
We knew the hotel is fairly new, but a lot of new hotels are already run down by year 2. This one is an exception. It is exceptionally clean and still maintain its built quality. You can see that they do not use cheap materials to build the hotel. The rooms are large with amazing mountains and paddies view. The bathroom is uniquely designed with rolling doors. Check-in and check-out was smooth and fast. The staff are all very well-trained and friendly. Breakfast has a lot of variation and all tasted very nice. I dont have anything bad to say about them, except maybe for a very minor thing: their towels smelled weird... probably from their drier. But other than that, two thumbs up for Kokoon!! Will definitely stay here again when we're in Banyuwangi.

Excellent service provided by this hotel, start from the reception staff which was very welcoming and giving details about the marvelous hotel facilities. The room was comfortable and most preferably clean. All the amenities are high quality. The food for our breakfast is also variable and taste amazing. What a great time to be in Banyuwangi!

We stayed for 25 nights. The service from all staff is excellent. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast has a great spread of local food. They cater for vegetarians. The gym is well equipped. Plenty of parking space.

price wise is a steal compared to the the other famous resort in the area. great facilities, feels like 5 star hotel to me. extended my stay to 3 nights cos the place is just too comfortable. p.s. the spa was amazing!

Exceptional”
My family & I occupied the Family Room. We traveled with 2 teenagers and the room was spacious with 2 true king size bed. We were on the 12th floor and the panoramic view from the room of a flowing river, lush vegetations & mountains as a back drop was very mesmerizing. Rooms was spotless & in-room ammenities were excellent. We tried their rooftop bbq (all you can eat), and would prefer having dinner out of hotel. The restaurant staff was super friendly however service was very slow and the seafood bbq was not entirely fresh...selections of food were limited and we ordered steak bbq which required additional cost. Breakfast was adequate and fairly basic...although their "Onde-Onde" was super yummy. In house gym was adequate for the hotel size, swimming pool was not exposed to sunlight hence temp of pool water was slightly cold. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kokoon and had a wonderful experience there. Thanks to their team of hotel staff.

The artistic interior, the super friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and their awareness for safe procedures during pandemic are the best qualities we found in Kokoon. We love the breakfast though I think they can still add more Western food in their menu. But overall it's a very nice stay and we will be back there for sure!
