Great for one night overstay”

Good value for money. Clean and spacious room with silent aircon, fridge and free water on bottle. Situated close to the pier in Saladan and lot of restaurants and shops just outside the guest house. The only negative was the extremely hard and uncomfortable bed but hey......that’s Thai-style!

Great value for money and good base for diving”

Very good base as our purpose was to snorkel and dive as much as possible during the first 5 days in Koh Lanta. Now we' re heading south to enjoy the relaxing life on the beaches!

Friendly, Clean and Comfortable”

Overall really good, if we hadn't already booked somewhere for the following nights we would have stayed here longer. Room was too a really good standard, staff were really helpful and we also had a fairly good sea view for the location too.... It is very close to the port which is at the top of Lanta, so we got Mopeds nearby to help get around which were super cheap. Highly recommend!!

Excellent”

This place was so cute! Just a 3/4 minute walk from saladan pier. Staff are super friendly and the owner also has another place a couple of minutes down the street that has an amazing chill out area.

Nice new hotel by pier”

Great brand new hotel on Koh Lanta pier. Good comfortable hotel on the main area. Walking to tons of shopping, food, beach, etc. staff was very nice.

Friendly welcome”

We had a great stay here We were in room 7 on the top floor, with a nice view, aircon, and even a fridge. Patt, the manager, was really helpful, and friendly. The location is great, close to ferry, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended :-)

nice, new, clean”

Loved this place. Its a new hotel, so all the rooms are clean and well furnished, tv, hot water, fast WiFi. And if youre lucky, you can get a room with an ocean view. Highly recommend this place.

great spot. my room overlooked the 2ater watching the boats. had a big verandah. next door has breakfast. surrounded by restaurants on the water. rented a bike thru them. grwat ras5a guy running the place. all good things to say abput it

great new budget hotel”

The hotel is new so the bed, tv, etc are all still in good condition. The hotel is very well situated, close to the city's waterfront restaurants. The only real downside is the fact that the staff is absent. We had to ask the staff from the restaurant in front of the hotel to call the hotel staff for us to do our check in. We also had to look for them when our water heater stopped functioning. Expect some waiting time if you need something.

Exceptional”

very nice guesthouse, the family who run the guesthouse is very kindly, they provide everything what you need e.g. motorbike or laundry and the location is in the middle of the centertown, highly recomment. :-)

Could not have asked for more. Everything great. Clean, ac good, staff great, helpful. Stayed 3 days. Would absolutely stay again.

Sale c'est le premier mot qui me vient. J'en étais dégoutée de me laver dans cette salle de bain et de marcher par terre en sortant de la douche. Il y avait un certain nombre de fourmis mortes sur le rebord de la petite fenêtre de la douche, des traces partout qu'on se demande si le ménage à été fait avant que l'on arrive (traces de dentifrice sur le miroir et autour du lavabo, traces de saleté autour du lavabo, insectes morts un peu partout par terre). Une impression de sale partout (sols, murs, meubles, même dans l'armoire). Et une odeur éprouventable quand nous sommes arrivés, à croire que la chambre n'avait pas été aérée depuis plusieurs semaines. Nous nous sommes rendu compte durant notre séjour qu'elle venait probablement des évacuations de la salle de bain. Elle est d'ailleurs restée présente durant les 4 jours malgré plusieurs tentatives d'aération. Côté personnel il est très difficile de communiquer car le jeune homme présent parle très mal anglais voir quasiment pas...
