Booked 2x 4bed room and both were very spacious and nice. Every room has a toilet. The apartment side is just next to the mall. The mall has almost everything so it’s very convenient. The downside to this apartment is that there’s no free wifi (only at the lobby) and that some of the furniture are a little old. But other than that all are good.

Weird Setup”
The initial checkin process was very confusing to be checking in at the hotel lobby and then moving towards the apartment which is quite the walk away from the lobby being in a different building altogether. The room was spacious, nice and clean but the furniture was very dated, especially the beds and matresses. The toilets were nice and clean which was a plus. Housekeeping was mentioned to be once in 3 days but for our 4days & 3nights stay, no housekeeping was done to our apartment. Pleased that we didn't take the optional buffet breakfast as the walk to the breakfast buffet wouldn't be enjoyable and far. Overall was an ok experience for the price paid but could have been a lot more better.

I did enjoy my stay there, but the facilities in the apartment was bad. I really can't be bothered to call the customer service as my stay is for a short time. Overall was okay 👍

Plus points: 1) KSL did their best to meet our request as specified in our booking. Thanks! A few areas to highlight/ feedback:1) The fry spatula were already spoilt, it was burnt. 2) The dish-washing liquid was only 1/3 filled, not half or full. 3)Previously slippers were provided but in this recent stay, no slippers were provided.
