Perfect hotel”
The reception staff is amazing, they all very friendly and helpful. The room is big and clean, the bed some room is just perfect like 609, I had been other room too where is the bed not that soft, so everyone can find the bed type what they prefer. Just became my favourite hotel in Pattaya definitely back to the future. Only one things to improve, I do believe the bell boy have to improve they English skill anytime I try to speak with them is just because an awkward conversation and I gave up, also to deliver the bag is not really just push in the middle of room, they can put up on the luggage holder as in other hotels do. I still tip them but I would have even gave more if they deliver some customer service. This only my advice from me, cost extra 30 seconds to do and is look more nice.

Great Hotel, on this occasion staff team small but very polite and helpful, room clean I have used this hotel many times before. It was just a shame because of Covid19 we did not stay longer Pattaya was just to quiet so me and wife headed back home after only 3 days. When Pattaya busy again this is a great hotel to stay.

Great hotel in a good location ”
Excellent facilities including 2 pools, sauna, breakfast buffet and a very good gym especially for resistance machines. It has a leg press and a squat machine which is very rare for a hotel gym. Staff are very helpful and polite and house keeping staff do a great job. There's actually 3 buildings which is why there's so many different types of room. The superior suite is a good choice. I'm planning coming back later in the year and will stay here again for a monthly rate.

Positives – Friendly staff with decent English, very modern, large, attractive room with many facilities. Amazing for £25p.n. excluding breakfast. Negatives – Sometimes wifi dropped out. A bit far out but worth the effort. Details The hotel is situation a 15 minute walk from the Beach Road in a small area with shops, eating places and hotels. I stayed for 4 nights one of the best quality and value places I have ever been. I had the amazing breakfast on two mornings at £4+. The room had a desk, a wardrobe for clothes, a king sized bed, seating area, kitchen area including microwave plus fridge. There was a large bathroom with shower. The whole room is very spacious, smart, attractive and a joy to be in. The air con worked well and I slept equally well. There was a room safe, generous toiletries, etc. Wifi could drop out or you failed to log in. The staff helpful & friendly - took a pride in their work. There was an indoor and outdoor pool. 9.6 out 10 - amazing!

You won't regret it. It has 2 pools, huge beautiful rooms, fitness, a putting green and a free shuttle. The rooms are set up like a boutique apartment. They are a place you could live in for sure, especially the suites. Book without hesistation. KTK's are one of the best deals in Pattaya.

Big room big tv fast wifi big shower friendly staff good breakfast good coffee (although its costs extra but worth it) free shuttle. Free umbrellas if it rains. Good gym nice pool etc.... highly recommended. Only negative is they need a tap with hot water to have a shave in the bathrooms.

We stayed in Pattaya for a week. This hotel is great, the rooms are very big and clean, breakfast was great about 4 minutes drive to the beach very easy to go there. The Staff was very helpful , even let us visit different rooms to choose the one we liked. Parking is great. Really no complaints at all. I would recommend to stay there, you can stay 2 minutes closer to the beach but you will never get this type of room and that kind of rate. I will definitely go back on my next trip to Pattaya.

Situated in a quiet part of Pattaya, but 7 mins from all amenities, malls, restaurants, entertainment. Great facilities, 2 x pools, indoor golf, great gym, and the food was very very good.

Very clean, quiet and modern”
The facilities are well decorated, very clean and always quiet. The staff are more than helpful and always friendly. The location has 7-11 and mini Big C in short walking distance. Lots of food in area without walking very far. Hotel menu includes both Thai and international food at good prices. Well worth the money.

Nice hotel but dated ”
Have stayed in the KTK on a number of occasions now. Location is great and most taxi and taxi bike drivers have heard of it which is good. Hotel is clean but dated now. The biggest drawback is the WiFi in the rooms, It is terrible

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and were very pleased with everything. A little off the beaten track for walking to and from, but an excellent free taxi service to drop you to the main roads and collect you again with just a phone call to reception. Very nice staff and fantastic rooms. I would stay again.
