"Booked my stay on 3-5 October 2019. Located at the middle of Kuah town, nearby Langkawi Parade, Kuah jetty. Nearby there are alot of restaurants and convinient store. Check in was smooth and fast, they provide us with fizzy drink at the reception. We need to provide rm100 for deposit and rm4 for some tax at the hotel. 1card key provided, need to request for 2nd card for our convinient. Stayed in room 311 Deluxe room with balcony. The room was spacious enough for me my husband and my little 2year old to run around. The mattress was firm, the pillow was nice, as i hate so much soft pillow that my head sank after few seconds put my head on it. The bathroom is clean, fridge and kettle works well. Outdoor Pool is located at the 2nd floor. The view was amazing! You can see most of the Kuah town, also the sea. They also provide closed pool area for muslimah which i found it so interesting. So ladies, you can swim freely as u want! Breakfast was superb. There are huge choices for continental and asian breakfast. The taste was acceptional. There was a chef making roti canai and another one making omellete at the outside corner. Parking was free and easy. Not to worry because there are a lot of parking area provided. CONS- 1) the queen bed was a bit smaller compared to the usual queen bed size. 2) room aircond takes time almost 1hour to cool up the room. I need to spare 1 key upon going out, just to make sure the aircond continue cooling my room. 3) Limited TV channel 4) No car parking roof "

"The resort was luxurious from the entrance to the suites and the way staff treat you. Cleanliness, facilities and services are excellent. The private beach is very nice and the view is great. I liked the butler concept, makes me feel special. They have free TV channels too. The bar also looks good and intimate with really tasty cocktails. Location is not the best, but considering the luxury you get, it's only apt to have the resort a little reclusive. However, Kuah is not big, so a grab drive 5-10 minutes out you already can reach shopping malls and cinema. My only complaint is that the shower head in my suite kept dropping. Otherwise everything was great."

"We have had a great stay and are continuing to stay on now for a further 6 days. The breakfast included in the deal was great, so many choices (including western) and eggs/waffles to order! If you want to get your laundry done, recommend to use the cheap place around the corner, $4 MYR per kilo same day ($1.50AUD). Recommended places to eat, just around the corner local place, dinner for two $20MYR ($8AUD) - delicious! Spa - package (massage, facial, foot reflex)'Bedrock' in Kuah town, $258MYR couple (so $50AUD each!!) the place was clean, and the girls were very professional and super skilled, cloud nine material and so well priced!!! Best to hire a car to get around, $60 MYR (manual) per day, negotiate though for $50MYR from 'Moonlight' at Kuah Jetty. Recommend to not order room service, much cheaper to buy your own water/get own laundry done and snacks/drinks elsewhere. "

"Good: - 1) Welcome towel was very cool with a very nice scent. 2) Staff are very quick and alert on our arrival. 3) Nicely decorated Wedding Anniversary deco on our bed. 4) Room is beautiful and we got our room on the 3rd floor which is facing the garden, pool and sea view. As we got 2 double beds, room can accomodate 4pax. 5) There are around 4 pools which 3 of them are suitable for kids. 6) Sunset view by the beach is such a bliss to witness. 7) As we were driving, it's very easy to find food outside the hotel, thanks to Langkawi Fair Mall which is about 5-10mins drive. 8) Location is at Kuah Town, we managed to visit the Eagle Square and there are souvenir shops there too. Plenty of street-side Seafood stalls and restaurants. If you're looking for factory price Minyak Gamat/Oils, there's a shop in Kuah that sells that too with the brand 'Shaari'. Bad:- 1) Beach is not suitable for walking barefooted as there many small seashells. 2) Breakfast variety is not extensive."

"We only stayed a nite, prior to this we stayed 2 nites in Awana Porto Malai. Location is good in that it is close to Kuah town, shops & eateries. The entrance road to Bella Vista wasn't particularly impressive, but it is what you get at your room, and the facilities, which count most. Breakfast (we got 5 vouchers!) was quite good, friendly/helpful staff. If I wanted a Kuah hotel, I would stay here again for my next visit, strong points: 1) good price for family of 4 2) close to shops & amenities. "

Price is almost impossible to believe for all the services they are giving. Free parking on hotel premises! Hotel is located in Kuah and around 40 mins drive from airport. Better you rent a car for your long stay than use grab or even worse a taxi. Kuah has Langkawi Parade where you can get all the good fast food. 8 mins drive to KFC. Everything is within reach."
