Slightly expensive for the location, however the hotel is pretty new, everything is working for my family. Room is spacious. Location is great and convenient if you are travelling around Kulai. As my relatives are from Kulai, to us who is from Singapore feels that it is definitely the best in the area. Wifi is definitely weak, only 1 of our phone is able to get connected. There's a power failure around 9pm for the lift when we get back to the hotel. Thus we were asked to climb to stairs to 4th floor if we would not want to wait. However, the power came back within 20mins. According the relatives in Kulai, there's actually a power failure throughout the city of Kulai around 3am, and last for an hour or so. Fortunately, the hotel power recover quickly and did not affect any of us.

Stabke WiFi connection will make this hotel perfect.During my stay, WiFi was unstable. Very spacious and clean room. Very nice bedding. Very recommended. Definitely my first choice hotel in Kulai. Simple yet delicious breakfast. Keep it UP.

Good location if you are visiting Kulai. Eateries within walking distance. Aeon is nearby. Room is clean with standard amenties. No cafe in the hotel but there's a vending machine that sells biscuits, canned drinks and small badic items, like phone cable and razor. Street is quiet in the morning, dim sum shop next to the hotel, not bad, open from Wednesday to Sunday. Very lively at night, a Chinese food court across, a mamak next door and some restaurant within 5 mins walking distance. Quiet after 11pm, so not bad. Have stayed twice, and will come back if visiting Kulai.

Well maintain boutique hotel, lot of restraunt and also Aeon kulai shopping mall with walking distance, Security guard provided at night time to overlook vechile. This is one of my important requirement for choosing hotel. I had bad experience last time my car mirror got broke by theive T.T~ Luckily I don’t put any valuable staff in my car. Will come back again! Thumbs up.

This is the second stay for me in this hotel. Stayed in a few hotels in Kulai and this is by far the best among all. However, the room rates here are also higher as compared to the others in the area. So its a matter of will you be willing to pay more for the comfort. Allowing the option of without breakfast will be a good consideration. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for clean, comfortable and high quality standard hotel.

i traveled to kulai last week with a family and we can't decide the place to stay.upon googling we found out about this hotel and booked a room through agoda. the rating is not impresive from the reviews however i'm attracted to the keyword "clean". well, enough said, the room is clean evnthough the hotel is quite old. the price is right for the location and environment. one thing to consider is the food. they do not provide bfast or dinner but they do have a 24hrs restaurant downstairs out of the hotel lobby. well, if you prticular about food, then you might think twice to have your meal in the restaurant.last but not least, i got to know there is a new hotel in kulai jaya, nouvelle hotel. looks nice n very new but the price is double.

Located inside Leisure Golf and Country Club at Kulai. Very simple lodging built in 1999 with very basic amenities. Family-run hotel and horse stable/riding school. Quiet when we were there. Food served at Agnes Café, by Agnes is good, convenient but rather pricey. There is a very small spa/swimming pool but I heard you can head off to Leisure Golf & Country Club for their pools as there are some private arrangements btw RL and LGCC. Wifi is bad throughout stay. Horse riding packages are flexible and just in front of lodging. Nearest mini town – Tesco with restaurants around it is about 15-20minutes drive out.

The hotel is excellent for budget concious family travellers. If you are not concern on looks this is the hotel for you. The beds and toilet are clean. The hotel staffs are friendly. If you don't mind paying, they do provide ironing service at the laundry shop at the ground floor at a fee of rm2 per pc. Or else, bring along your travelling iron if you need your clothes pressed. The hotel is conveniently located approx. 15-20 mins from JPO and the Legoland. If you are into Chinese foods, there are a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby. You can also find other good Malay and Mamak restaurants at a driving distance along the Kulai town.

My favorite hotel in Kulai. 20 minutes to Senai Airport, 5 minutes to 24hrs McD, 10 minutes to AEON shoppng complex, 20 minutes to Johor Premium Outlet.

Checked in with my sister and daughter during fasting month. Received 3 sahur coupons tho it was not stated in booking. I asked for pray mat, was given 2 pcs. After check out, still in town, received called frm a kind htl staff telling I left my fon charger..

Really enjoyed our short stay there. The place was really clean and beautiful albeit being slightly secluded. but that makes the place really quiet. counter staff who helped us to check out in the morning gave us really good recommendation for lunch as well as directions to JPO. their barista made really good coffee and we had one of the best iced-mocha from them. in general we loved our stay there and really miss it! we will definitely go back there.

i am vintage lover so i get attracted to this hotel interior and decoration.. the room a bit small but cosy . got bathtub . good to stay for the night .. but since the room are small , no space for praying and have to pray on bed but overall okay

Its really convenient., especially for foods. I went for foot massage and karaoke by walking. felt comfortable parking my car within security guards surveillance. With this price, its really worthy to stay in Kulai area. Tq.

i choose this hotel bcs my wedding lunch held at kulai. never tried this hotel before, but after i admit then i found that kulai hotel actually quite nice can compare to jb hotel.. somemore it was cheaper and nice for short term stay in this hotel.

I love this place so much! It's super comfortable! All the facilities you needed (iron, washing machine, hair dryer) are complete, the rooms are clean, the area is convenient. There are Halal/Non-Halal food around, mini markets, even 99 Speedmart!

Hotel is very nice and very clean. Staff is friendly. Basic amenities are there. Wifi is really good. It is very good value for money. Downside is the poor location. But there are places to eat nearby. Own transportation is required.
