Big room in a little town”

We had a nice staying in Kwan Phayao Villa. Big room and internet was rather fast. The buildings seems rather new so everything is nice and clean. The staff can't speak english.

Comfortable Stay but nothing outstanding ”

The Villa is located in the heart of Phayao on the lake, so is in a great location. The room was comfortable, but wasn't anything too outstanding. It was a bit more basic than what the pictures portray. I would say it is on par for value, but perhaps a bit overpriced for what you get, but then again you are probably paying for the location. The staff weren't helpful and the breakfast in the morning was a joke, I would skip it. They should just advertise he place without breakfast. But in the end the villa was comfortable for one night and in a good location.

We are a group of 6 paxs. When we check in the hotel and there is 3 extra pillow in the cabinet without pillow case so we request for pillow case, and hotel staff bring the pillow case to us and tell us that they will charge $50baut per piece per day. We really wondering that why pillow case must charge ? ?

Avoid the Standard Room”

I'm sorry to write this as the staff was really, really sweet, but the Standard Room was not worth the price at all. The place was on the ground floor right next to the entrance and the space for breakfast, therefore very noisy (and no view, obviously); and there was a constant smell of piss coming from the bathroom, which was in a pretty bad state ... I really do not mind staying in "cheap" places but when I pay 1,300 thb or 40usd, I expect to have a decent place to sleep. Other than that the location is great, and I'm sure the other rooms upstairs are lovely with nice view on the lake.

Things are old, yet still functioning. Floor is clean, but sticky by some cleaning liquid I think.

vlak bij het meer en de boulevard gelegen. eigenlijk voor grote gezelschappen. maar ook met zijn tweeen uitstekend alternatief. zorgzame portier, prima ontbijt naar eigen wens en keurig onderhouden appartement. wel beetje prijzig

Schitterend”

Al verschillende malen heb ik hier overnaxht tijdens mijn fietstochten door Noord Thailand. Het is een parel aan het meer. Omdat het geschikt is voor max zes personen is het voor twee reizigers wel duur maar wat je ervoor krijgt, maakt dat ik telkens weer hier overnacht. Vlakbij de boulevard gelegen, vriendelijke mensen, schoon en een prima ontbijt dat je zelf mag samenstellen. Hulde!

ห้องพักเป็นแบบ 6 ท่าน (เสริมเตียงได้) ห้องน้ำสองห้อง สะดวกมากครับเพราะอยู่ใกล้กว๊านฯ มาก ซอยอยู่ตรงข้ามวัดติโลกอาราม แต่มองไม่เห็นวิว ของกินเพียบ 7/11อยู่ห่างประมาณ 400-500 เมตร

เป็นโรงแรมที่อยู่ใกล้กว๊านพะเยามาก เพราะเพียงแค่เิดินออกจากซอยๆเล็ก ก็ทำให้ถึงริมกว๊านได้เลย แถมตรงข้ามกับโรงแรมยังเป็นจุดที่ลงเรือไปไหว้พระกลางน้ำอีกด้วย และเช้าๆก็จะมีการใส่บาตร แต่ถ้าไม่ลงมาหากพักชั้น ๓ วิวก็จะเกือบรอบตัวมองเห็นทั้งตัวเมืองและกว๊านไปพร้อมกัน คือทำให้ไม่เืบื่อที่จะดูวิวทางโน้นทางนี้ ก็สามารถทำได้ และหากมีลมพัดหน่อย แทบไม่ต้องเปิดแอร์เพราะลมพัดเอาไอน้ำมาปะทะที่ห้องทำให้ไม่ร้อน แถมยังสบายอีกด้วย
