Super cute and relaxing”
Definitely consider staying here. Reasonable prices for the accommodations. Has a good ambiance and grounds/gardens are very tastefully. It's just a short walk from the main commercial area. We actually biked (yes bicycled) from Ninh Binh through the parks and out to the caves. There's lots of cars and scooters but most give plenty of room. On the way to La Belle Vie Tam Coc Homestay we rode paths through the rice paddies and mountains. So serene and peaceful. One of the best memories of our trip. Especially after the intensity of Hanoi.

Our stay was very good at La Belle Vie Tam Cốc Homestay. It is very easy to take a bus from Hanoi to Homestay and from here, family will help you to by ticket to go to Hue by open bus. It is very new and beatiful homestay. The rooms are large, clean and spacious, the view is great, quiet surroundings . Family replied with all our requests so great customer services. We served here the best Nem and Chicken in Vietnam , we were allowed a late check out. We feel this is a great family hotel in Ninh Binh

Lovely Garden Spot in Tam Coc”
La Belle Vie is an adorable little home stay in the heart of Tam Coc that has an extremely friendly and helpful staff. My room was quiet- until the morning announcements at 7:30 AM- and clean. It is set in lovely gardens with flowers and water features. I was able to hire a bicycle from them for pennies and use all day, was able to leave my luggage while I biked around the countryside and was treated like a friend more than a guest. Although breakfast was accommodating, I would not suggest eating dinner there as there are better options in Tam Coc but it was adequate and convenient,. I would definitely go back.

An ideal choice for everyone”
We ( 2 girlfriends with 1 baby girl) had a great time together at La Belle Vie Tam Cốc. Thank you all the staffs make my stay can not be better. It's my friend's birthday, I ordered them many things to prepare for this special event. They did it! From the flower, the birthday cake to the fruits and extra miles the music. We enjoyed a wonderful private dinner with candle in the nice garden. Wow. It's my remarkable memory. Thank you for everything La Belle Vie. We will be back soon.

Great location”
Really good location in Tam Coc. Could rent scooters (100vnd) and bikes (50vnd). Quang was helpful to us in offering advice on the area. As we were waiting for our overnight train to Phong Nha, even though we had checked out we were kindly given access to a room for a shower which was really great! Would definitely recommend. Only negative which I have to mention was Quang arranged a private driver for us to take us to the national park - we agreed 900vnd which we gave cash for upfront, though we felt the price was steep we didn’t see another option. During the day trip the driver, no English, who had already got us lost, communicated via park staff he had forgotten his wallet and could he borrow 200vnd so he could buy lunch and he would pay us back at the hotel. He didn’t and when we told Quang there wasn’t any empathy. Perhaps a gullible tourist moment and although the value wasn’t high it just left a sour taste of feeling robbed and extremely overcharged for the trip.

Great Accommodation in Good Location”
We just needed an overnight stay in Ninh Binh and this place was perfect. It is in a great location for bike riding as the location, just stlightly out of the Ninh Binh Village was perfect for my family of 4. We could a taxi for a small fee into Ninh Binh to eat at the No.1 restaurant on Trip Advisor and had an excellent meal for next to nothing. I would hight recommend this little Oasis for a 1-3 night stay whilst touring Ninh Binh. It does have a few restaurants nearby if you would just prefer to stay close but can't advise what they're like.

Not so good as I expected”
Labellivie is located 200m away from Tam Coc boat station and there are a lot of very good restaurants nearby. The staff can speak English and are helpful. Bikes and motorbikes for rent are still good. However, foods offered in Labellivie taste really bad in comparision to their price. Wifi is terrible. The hot wayer dispensers release annoying noise at night. The room having garden view does not have anything special. I regret for booking that room cause I can have better room with 2/3 price.

Great location, most wonderful hosts”
This homestay is right on the main road, next to the best bars and cafes. Rooms are lovely, especially those at the back of the complex. First room the mattress was incredibly hard, but we moved to a different room for the remainder of our trip and that bed was wonderful. Food at the restaurant was lovely. You can hire motorbikes here also. What made this the most wonderful stay though was the owner and his family- the kindest, most genuine and attentive host. Nothing was too hard for him - driving us to ATM when we ran out of cash, giving my daughter a little New Years gift, moving our rooms, checking in each day as to how we were going. Genuinely one of the nicest hosts we've ever met!!! Bathroom being damp and a bit smelly as a result is the only negative.

Excellent choice”
Fabulous room with nice big bathroom. The hotel setting is based around a well looked after garden with ponds, which you don't expect from anywhere else. The staff were very helpful in arranging tours/travel to suit our particular needs. Breakfast is buffet style of high quality, with options such as pancakes and omelettes made to order. We maybe paid a little extra to stay here but it was well worth it for the quality of hotel.

Pros: Excellent front desk service (thanks loan), good breakfast, laid back vibe, very accommodating. Cons: shower and bath quite Spartan as is the bed and furnishings tv did not work even though included in price of deluxe room.

Pleasant stay”
We had a pleasant stay here. We booked the family room with two double beds and one single bed. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We appreciate the internet tv. The staff were young and eager to please, although seemingly short-handed at times. Breakfast was a small homely buffet. On our last day, they kindly arranged an early takeaway breakfast.

The place is in the central location to visit Trang An area. The staff was friendly and speaking good English. The place is clean and mixing old style and modern fridge and shower. The garden was nice and the breakfast has enough options and the taste was good. If you have family with the small kids, this is nice and easy place for them to stay.

Helpful staff and lady boss really nice to us. Breakfast was from 730 am. But lady boss special arrange breakfast for us at 6 am because we need to leave at 7 am . She also book all transport for us without any problem .
