Best Beach Office In The World Award 2022”
We were only supposed to stay 4 nights but we extended it to 8! This hidden gem is a great place to relax and also work - as there is good wifi everywhere. Even on the beach. The best office in the world. Speaking of beaches, as the hotel is remote, you get the entire beach! We had the huge beach to ourselves for 2 hours for the sun going down. Food is great and the near by village has some tasty places to eat out. The drunken sailor bar (really cool london shoreditch vibe with quality coffee) and an Indian cafe - check google reviews. If I was coming back to Thailand I would stay again for sure. Also, cows visit the beach as they cross over the sand to reach fresh water. Very random but very comforting as you are constantly surrounded by nature. A nice jungle vibe. Staff are great as well. They will help with anything - even last minute covid tests for flying.

Unbeatable beach!”
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at La Lanta Hideaway. Opposite end of the island from the ferry dock (we were quoted 1000 baht for a taxi) but the hotel graciously picked us up for free. The remoteness added to the charm for us. Very few other people on one of the prettiest beaches I've seen. Water temperature was perfect and great waves to play in. They have two lovely pools with lots of lounge chairs and offer massage and have a restaurant/bar right there next to the beach. The bungalow was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on our little porch taking in the views. We didn't always have hot water we lost power twice for a short period but neither was an issue for us. It's not swanky but was a perfect way for us to enjoy Koh Lanta.

We stayed here for three nights in December 2020 (during the pandemic). This is a great place to come if you want to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. The bungalows were spotlessly clean and well-arranged, the facilities were good, and the breakfast was excellent. In fact, all the food was very good and reasonably priced (considering the normal tourist prices). As a tip - tell them you want some seafood, and they'll go to market for you, pick out what's fresh and cook it for you. We had the best and cheapest seafood grill here of our whole trip. As many other reviews point out, the staff here are a highlight. They all really enjoy working there, and work hard to make you feel welcome. While we stayed, the staff had their own barbecue going, and kept bringing us their own food for us to try. If you want a place to get away from it all, to be taken care of, and to enjoy the family-style atmosphere, La Laanta is highly recommended.

Very quiet beach. Beautiful swimming pool with nice and clean rooms. Hotel restaurant had a lot to choose. You can also climb up for just 10 minutes to try different places to eat Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Beautiful sunset every night.

Hideaway perfection ”
Great resort on lovely beach. Definitely a hideaway although you can walk to a couple of nearby restaurants. Staff are fantastic, Chico gave us the warmest welcome. Food and bar was also great. You need some transport, scooter or car. Track down to resort is not paved but was fine (with care) in a regular car. We will definitely go back.

Situated in the south end of Koh Lanta this hotel is a hidden gem! The most beautiful beach and pools, lovely room and the most pleasant staff. We really wanted something secluded and quiet and this hotel lived up to all our expectations. All around this hotel is a 10 in our books! We will defintely be back!!

La lanta is difficult to reach, as it is hiden between the jungle and the beach. When finally you reach the destination, that is a place you never want to leave… 🤩 As a result we booked a week more in this hotel Staff is so kind and helpful, the cook is chef ✅, the room is lovely, the beach is legendary

We were only meant to stay for two nights and then end up staying five because we didn’t want to leave. The staff were so helpful and the place itself is very tranquil. You have everything you need there and don’t need to go anywhere if you don’t want to. We will definitely be going back

Heavenly oasis”
La Lanta is a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of Thailand. The staff is wonderful and the restaurant is quite good. Staff goes out their way. My son got sick during the stay and they were phenomenal to make sure he got adequate health care and upon our return they went out of their way to make sure he had everything he needed. Oh and the beach is spectacular

Thank you so much for all. The resort is really amazing. Very quiet on the end of island. Beach is clean, big and private. If you want party place than resort is not for you. Food was delicious and fresh. Staff is always happy and friendly. Monkies are everywhere than sometimes you must be careful about your things 😂 but I love it. The resort would need a lot of repairs, but it is still amazing (he could be 5* after repairs) Strictly recommend Ondrej from Slovakia (Bungalow 103)

Secluded hotel on the best beach in Koh lanta ”
We had a great three night stay at La Laanta Hideaway. It is very secluded at the end of the island but on the best beach It is not a resort style hotel more back to basics but with all you need. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is lovely and the beach is amazing and the cow here everyone was a nice little surprise on the beach The staff were friendly and helpful but also seemed busy all the time or on their phones The room was nice but we did have a noisy air con which the staff tried to fix. Very simple rooms but everything you need is there One of the staff members was nice enough to offer us a lift into town as it is so secluded it can be hard to get taxis and we found tuk tuk’s can not get up the hills on the way to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again you can’t beat that beach, the food was tasty and the ruggedness of the resort appealed to us
