It is a very nice place to stay in Hua-Hin as the owner is very nice and flexible. Moreover, the room is clean and pleasant. The price is worth. I recommend the house with two rooms for family trip or group of friend. There is no breakfast here but there is a mini homemade cafe where you can enjoy your cofee and toast by yourselves.

I booked this place for my Thai gf and her daughter after we had previously stayed in hua hin and looked at the hotel and rooms. She was there for a week and she really enjoyed it. So much that she insists we stay there next time I'm in hua hin and even wants the same room number! Happy days.

Nice resort in Hua Hin. Easy accessible by grab /taxi. Perfect for calm & peaceful short family break /holiday. Not crowded at all. Good hospitality & attentive staffs. Kind enough to prepare simple breakfast for their guests. Big room & cleanliness were up to standard. I highly recommend this resort. Nearby to cicada market/ market village / bluport (by car/ other public transports)

Great place to relax in the bustle of Soi 94”
Nice room, spacious and clean. The bungalows are situated around the pool and each room has a small deck to sit outside. Large refridgerator, in case you like to stock up on food and drinks. Breakfast is very simple, but you can get a great breakfast at Pat's Place or Morning Bread (10 minute walk).

The staff was welcoming and polite, the room was clean, the water pressure was strong, the bed was comfy, and the aircon worked well. It's a budget resort so I would not expect more than this, it was a good value for the price. Would be happy to stay again next time i visit HuaHin.

Great little budget resort”
Stayed for three weeks in October and loved it. Nice clean and VERY affordable bungalows scattered around a lovely swimming pool in an enclosed compound. The only downside is no on-site restaurant, but there are plenty of options less than 100 yards away.

Absolutely fantastic”
We was surprised to find this lovely oasis in the city of Hua Hin. Absolutely fantastic. I recommend this resort to everyone that want a lovely holiday. Clean and comfortable rooms, nicly decorated, a place to sit outside with a small table and 2 chairs. Good and free wifi internet connection. Tv channels is ok, with a selection of international channels. Lovely garden around the rooms with walking patios. Many flowers, banana trees and mango trees. Friendly staff and the owners is also working here. I will definitively come back to La Or Resort.

Clean, comfortable, quiet with pool”
La Or Resort, Hua Inn Located in a central position off a side road so surprisingly quiet. Staff pleasant and helpful although their understanding of English was limited. The rooms are all single story in blocks of two, dotted around the central pool. All rooms have veranda with table and chairs. Rooms clean and comfortable with fridge, hair dryer, TV, air con and fan. Pool and garden really nice and pool a god send in the heat and humidity. They have motorbikes for hire which was good. They do not offer breakfast and there is no kettle, cups, tea or coffee in the room. However dont dismay because in the mornings at reception they provide bread for toast, jam, marmalade, doughnuty things, boiled water and tea/coffee which was a nice surprise. Water, tea and coffee are available all day. Bars and restaurants in walking distance however we chose to eat at the large outdoor beer garden where you can get just about anything you fancy from Thai, Indian, Italian etc and very cheap, beers were less than in the supermarkets you even get to listen to live acts on stage. Walked to the beach once and was disappointed, not very clean, lots of jelly fish. You have to walk a long way to get back off the beach as there are no gaps between the large hotel groups and they won't let you walk through their grounds. This can cause aproblem as the tide comes in quick and high potentially cutting off your exit. Another reason to use the pool at La Or. All in all a very pleasant place to stay.
