4박 5일 묵었는데 정말 내내 친절하셨고, 일처리는 항상 깔끔하셨습니다. 마지막에 공항 가는 택시도 배려해 주시고 방 컨디션에 항상 신경 써 주셨어요. 조식은 다른 호텔에 비해 메뉴가 다양하지는 않지만, 조식당이 깔끔하고 예쁩니다. 최근에 지어진 곳이라 그런지 다른 호텔과는 달리 건물 상태가 좋아요. 위치도 좋아서 호안끼엠 호수, 성 요셉 성당 등 관광 명소를 걸어서 이동할 수 있습니다. 근처에 유명한 콩 카페나 하이랜드 카페도 위치해 있습니다. 야시장 및 맥주거리도요! 정말 친절하셨고 저는 다음에도 베트남 온다면 여기 또 올 거예요. 일처리 하나는 제일 깔끔합니다. 매니저분이 여성 분이신데 정말 카리스마 넘치고 프로페셔널해요. 아! 바로 근처에 편의점과 마사지샵 있어서 다니기 쉬우실 거예요! I stayed there for five days and four nights, and you were very kind all the time, and your work was always neat. They took care of the taxi to the airport last time and always paid attention to the condition of the room. Breakfast doesn't vary in menu compared to other hotels, but breakfast restaurants are neat and pretty. Because it was recently built, the building is in good condition unlike other hotels. The location is also good, so you can walk around tourist attractions such as Lake Hoanikem and St. Joseph's Cathedral. There are also famous bean cafes or highland cafes nearby. Night market and beer street! You were very kind and I'll be here again if I come to Vietnam next time. One of the most neat things to do. My manager is a woman. She is charismatic and professional. Ah! It will be easy to get around because there is a convenience store and massage shop right around here!

Good location nice hotel and good service”
I always choose this hotel when I visit Hanoi, the location is very good nearby the lake and night market. Hotel is nice and clean we stay here for 3rd time and will be always first choice for my family. Staffs are very much helpful with smile!! Just great!! Ps. Hotel has taxi service to the airport with reasonable price and very conveniace for transport between hotel and airport even early morning still able to reserve.

Very Clean and Friendly staff”
Hotel is very new and all the facilities are very clean. Room is just nice for two as we cannot expect big space in the city like Hanoi. The staffs are very friendly and very helpful. We wanted to exchange money and the receptionist direct to the better rate shop and the door man sent us to the shop (Diamond shop). Breakfast is acceptable and the location is good and reachable to night market and beer street.

This is a great place to stay in Hanoi. It’s near Hoan Kiem lake so very convenient for everything in central Hanoi. The road it’s in is relatively quiet. It’s clean and good value. The management and staff are wonderful, always willing to assist to make your stay a pleasant one. Breakfasts are good, served on the 9th floor with a great view of the area around. Highly recommended.

Wonderful staff & ideal location”
We stayed at La Paix for 3 nights & thoroughly enjoyed our time here in Hanoi. The hotel is walking distance from Hoan Kiem lake, St. Joseph's Cathedral & many more attractions. There are many restaurants around serving amazing food that you will be spoilt for choices. You can even find offices of many tour operators in the area, where you can also have your money exchanged for a good rate. We booked 2 separate rooms - Standard Double (no window). The hotel rooms were neat, with not much of space & had wooden interiors. We had issues with the geyser in one of our rooms which was sorted later. In all, it was a wonderful stay & definitely worth the money we paid. The staff were so polite & attentive & always had a smile & greeted us each time we passed by the reception. Our check-in process was smooth & in fact we got an early check-in as well. Buffet breakfast is served on the 9th floor which also has an open balcony like roof top area. The spread & variety is quite good & I always loved their coffee served with condensed milk. If you are here on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays then that's even more fun as the lake side is abuzz with multiple events, shows, live music, street food & loads & loads of shopping.

Great brand new hotel with delightful rooms ”
Great location in a small street just one street from the lake and walking distance to all the sights in the city. Staff very friendly. I ended up skipping breakfasts as I was there for 9 nights and the choices were limited.

Great Hotel - Staff Very Friendly and Helpful”
We travelled at a very difficult time (March 2020) but the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had to adjust our plans several times but it was always easy to do and nothing was too much trouble. Great hotel in a fantastic location, rooms good size, clean and very comfortable. We plan to go back to Hanoi, hopefully soon, and will choose to stay at La Paix.

Excellent Hotel”
The hotel is exactly as shown , it's in a very good location just one street back from the lake so easy to find. The staff are all excellent and happy to help. Breakfast is not the best and very limited. Why I have given 4stars for facilities are that we only had 3 coat hangers in the wardrobe ,no glasses in room and would have liked a cup with a handle . We booked a room with a balcony which would have been nice to have had a couple of chairs to sit out .All minor issues and easily remedied. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend .

Great newly finished hotel, new owners and staff friendly and helpful. All you need for stay in Hanoi.. one improvement would be to the breakfast set up, buffet selection not the best and no indication to guests of other food available? Have to ask. Small menu on counter or table would be good. Also better tea needed maybe Lipton bags for guests. Overall very good hotel.
