Great cruise in Halong Bay”
When we book the tour, the team was very fast answering my emails and providing a free shuttle to go from Hanoi to Halong. During the tour, Victor was our guide and he was super helpful, providing all the information that we needed. The crew was also incredible and the cruise was super comfortable.

The boat is nice, Halong bay is beautiful but the whole experience was bazaar from the very start. Our Cruise director Andy was on the bus with us. He made an announcement after we picked everyone up and said it’s a 2 hour ride go to sleep if you like and I will wake you. 15 minutes later he was sleeping, my husband woke him up when we got to the dock. Once we arrived on the ship a briefing was given and we were off to the first excursion to the “floating market” a bamboo raft with kayaks - no market??? Not sure why they didn’t just call it kayaking. At dinner Andy announced we would be squid fishing after dinner and then singing Karaoke. Another traveler caught a squid none of the staff that were in attendance knew what to do with it! Andy was no where to be found. Finally another customer helped her get it off the hook. Then we head upstairs for “Happy Hour” and Karaoke- no bartender! He was eating dinner, so we shot a game of pool while we waited. The two only sticks didn’t have tips and certainly no chalk. Later someone asked if there was a way to smooth out the tip and the bartender took a knife and sawed more off. After we got a drink around 9 pm we asked if we could sing karaoke. Nope - Andy was no where to be seen. Last we knew he was on the 2 nd floor chatting to some of the younger travelers where the WiFi was. We asked several times and the bartender said no to karaoke and finally told us to go to bed! It was now 10pm. The boat next to us ( also La Pandora) we singing away! The next day our excursion to Cat ba island was great! We went with another small boat ( not La Pandora) it was a great day! (This excursion saved the trip from being a total bust) Back to the boat we go! We were getting a new “cruise director” they apparently have a rotating schedule between the 1 night/2 day and the 2 night/3 day. We were hoping the new director would be more enthusiastic and prepared to work. He was!!! He told us at dinner we were going to have fun tonight and

Amazing trip on Halong Bay”
Yummy was our tour guide and was absolutely amazing, helpful, Charming and sweet. We booked on La Pandora Cruise and the Room was amazing. It had a balcony with ocean views on both sides. It was spacious, clean and extremely welcoming We are Vegetarians and were surprised to get good quality vegetarian Food on the cruise. The staff gets the food on the table and you only have to relax and enjoy the meal. Overall the cruise experience on La Pandora was incredible. Cheers to yummy !!

Floating Hotel”
I have done cruises previously but this was more of a floating hotel, where the ship is docked in one area and there is a small boat to transfer you to your cruise itinerary. I supposed that is how the other cruise ship operates in the area.

I took the cruise recently with wife. Sunny was our travel guide. It was a well coordinated trip right from pickup at hotel to dropping us back. I especially loved the activities, kayaking, sunrise view in the morning, great food, luxurious room. I would highly recommend this trip.

Overall good experience”
Booking from Agoda was seamless. The guide who picked us up from hotel was very friendly, helping and enthusiastic. He ensured that our stay on cruise was without any problem. The on-cruise manager was not up to the mark, but other staff made up for his shortcomings. We also got complimentary wine bottle cause we booked from Agoda. It was nice gesture. Thank you!

Escogí esta opción porque va perfecta para adultos y familias. El barco es majestuoso. El personal es muy atento y servicial. Todo es impecable. La comida es buena y suficiente. La ruta navegable es magnífica y la logística desde y hasta el centro de Hanoi está bien coordinada. Sin duda lo puedo recomendar.

OBS! Boka inte inklusive middag och lunch, allt ingår ändå. Dock ej drycken. Vi betalade mer i onödan. Kryssningen var en rolig upplevelse. Väldigt många aktiviteter, tight schema. Maten kunde varit godare. Snäll personal. Fint rum.
