When In Hoi An... Only Stay Here!”
The bedroom is phenomenal! I stayed on the top floor which had the most amazing view. The bed sheets were the cleanest I've had throughout my stay Vietnam -enough to comfortably sleep in the birthday suit. The shower and bathroom facilities were perfect. The balcony was spacious and the interior design made it seem like a luxury get away. I almost felt as if I booked into a honeymoon suit. I didn't have time to take advantage of the pool or gym but took a quick visit and it looked lovely, clean and well looked after. The location of the hotel isn't too far from the Old Town, and very close to the Night Market. The breakfast was delicious, varied and got me obsessed with their homemade Pineapple Jam. As a solo traveller in a large Hotel, I was impressed when they remembered me on checking out and came to speak to me over breakfast to ask if I was well and enjoyed my time in Hoi An. I was lucky to be able to take advantage of the shuttle to An Bang beach with free towels and water.

Perfect stay”
We stayed 3 nights in this hotel with 6 months baby. Hotel staff and service were great. Their hospiyality was very pleasant like everyone is smiling and trying to make our stay warm. Especially we wants to say thank to Ms. Raven and Mr. Tony. They are very helpful and our son is very happy with you. Breakfast and complimentary dinner were also great. We tried some good Vietnamese food and feel we don't need to go out for dinner.It's not very close(but walking distance, just less 10 min) to the old town area so that we enjoyed quiet and slow atmosphere. Hotel room was clean and spacious for three of us. I liked hotel and restaurant interior very much. You can enjoy colorfyl lantern from the restaurant and the garden. That was very nice. Spa was good but the facilities were not very new but Vietnamese massage was very good and could sleep well. I highly recommend the Residencia.

Nice room and lovely staff”
The room was quite nice, with a very comfortable bed, strong wifi, and a great shower, but what really made it special was the staff. They were super helpful and really went out of their way at every opportunity. They had a promotion that included a free lunch and dinner and we weren't expecting much but it turned out to be pretty amazing cuisine. Dinner at the Little Faifo was the best meal we had in Hoi An. Note that they upgraded us from La Residencia to the Little Riverside Hotel - part of the same chain. We were more than satisfied in every way and would definitely stay again next time we're in the area. It's within easy walking distance of the Ancient Town. Stop in the little minimart next to the hotel if you get a chance. The owners are extremely nice and speak good English.

Modern hotel set against the the Ancient Town of Hoi An”
You can't help but fall in love with Hoi An. The charm and hospitality here is some of the best in Vietnam and La Residencia Boutique Hotel is truly the best place to stay. It's an easy walk into the Ancient Town and just 1 street off the river. The hotel was quiet and beautifully decorated. Morning breakfast was totally awesome, and the staff was so helpful. I had a great balcony, a very comfortable bed and super housekeeping service. I really want to compliment Dora, but everyone here was great. Typical Vietnamese hospitality we sure don't find here in the US. Yes I will return here one day soon.

Wonderful Stay in Hoi An”
The team lead by the customer relations manager, Dora, was very attentive. They treat guests as friends who have come to visit and want to assure that they feel welcome and at home. The property is a boutique style hotel with modern rooms in the Hoi An style. I requested a rear facing lantern view room, but also viewed the street facing rooms. They are all large and well appointed. The three piece bathrooms have glassed in rain showers. There are plenty of convenient modern plug outlets, which is always a pleasant surprise. There is a relaxing pool on the basement level. If you like to walk and want to avoid the noise and crowding of the center of old Hoi An, this spot will suit you. It is 50 meters from the river and two blocks from old town and the night market. I loved the accessibility to all of the attractions without the noise. All in all a great place.

Great hotel, staff, breakfast and location. At check-in, I was taking to the dining area and sat down at a table with one of the girls at the front desk. After explaining the hotel facilities like all of the hotels due at check-in, she went further by bringing out a map and explaining all the important spots in town and asked me what places I would be interested in. She showed me where the markets, money exchange, restaurants, beach, all that stuff was, which was nice to get an understanding of the town up front. Ancient town and markets, restaurants, etc., are walking distance. I like that free bicycle thing and the free 10 minute shuttle bus ride to and from the beach. My balcony is great. Cold AC plus ceiling fan. I love Hoi An and this hotel so much that I extended my stay for an extra two nights, which the girls were happy to accommodate me. This is a good hotel, I would come back for sure.

Definitely stay here! ”
This is a gem! My boyfriend and I stayed here for Christmas and we will be back! The hotel is so so cute and quaint. Rooms are super nice, spacious and bed is comfy! We loved our deck and spent the mornings out there. Super clean! It is walking distance to main streets in town, market etc...and a bike ride or Grab to the beach. The staff however was what made this hotel so amazing! They sang some Christmas carols and their breakfast brunch was top notch. Shout out to staff member Ella who gave us an extra smile.

The location is excellent with easy access to the town of Hoi An without the noise. ”
The staff are all happy, smiling, helpful and efficient. The room was immaculately kept by the cleaning staff and the air con a huge bonus. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Shuttle bus to the beach and facilities there just great. A huge thank you to the lovely Sam who looked after us so well and was utterly charming. We were sad to leave and hope to return at dome point, in the meantime 5 stars all round.

Great Hotel”
I stayed in this La Residencia hotel for a couple of nights, it is a really good one. Room is spacious with a balcony, toliet is big too, shower is strong and hot enough. Whole room is clean and tidy. Location is within walking distance to the old town, and nearby there are restaurants and massage shops.All the staffs are very friendly and helpful, always carry a pleasant smile. There is a staff named Jolie, I really appreciate her kindness during my stay. Highly recommended this hotel to everyone who gonna stay in Hoi An.

Very comfortable”
We booked a hotel close by, but we moved after the first night to La Residencia because of cleaning issues. The room is big and comfortable. They have a very good private restaurant at the beach with transfer. It was wonderful to take a break in the afternoon to refresh. Breakfast is very good for asian standards. Cheese, omelette, croissant, baguete, several fruits. I recommend renting a motorbike in front of the hotel to move around the city freely.

Exceptional”
We had an amazing stay at the La Residence. The day we arrive in here we were greet by all the friendly staff at the hotel. After check in and before we settle into our room. Sam, a very nice and very helpful lady came and greet us personally and give us all the information that we need to know to get around the old town. She too recommended a few local place that we can eat and help us book our day tour to My Son Sanctuary. The hotel provide free bicycles to rent, of course first come first serve and so we missed it. But Sam helped us to rent the bicycles from another vendor with discount rates. We are very pleased with all the services they give us. The staff there are all very attentive, polite and friendly. We love the breakfast there too! Highly recommended to stay in this hotel.

Excellent hotel when visiting Hoi An ”
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at La Residencia. It is perfect place to discover the picturesque city of Hoi An. We were thrilled by the colonial style of the hotel, the spacious and well-appointed rooms, the treatments at the spa (they have a summer promotion) and the delicious food served at the restaurant - don’t miss the chance to have breakfast outside on the terrace. The best thing about the hotel is the staff: they are very attentive and they actually care about your well-being. I would to mention Clara and Herry at the reception as well as Phu at the bell desk - it’s staff like them making a hotel like this a location to return to.

Fantastic”
This hotel is adorable. It is perfectly placed and has lots of lanterns inside and out which make it very appealing!! Clara took me through everything brilliantly and was so kind and enthusiastic, and Dora was also very helpful. The room was lovely and incredibly clean....also beautiful! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Nice hotel with good service”
The location is close to the old city where only take 6-7 minute to walk. The room is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and provide considerate service. The staff were very welcoming and asked us to sit in the hotel bar when checking in, with free drinks and fruit. After getting the room card, they also also introduce the hotel facilities and the place nearby in detail.

La Residencia hands down was the best experience of all the hotels we stayed at during our 9 days in Vietnam. The hospitality of the staff, location, cleanliness and lets not forget the breakfast and cocktail menu was brilliant! It’s incredibly hard to fault this place and I can’t recommend it enough! The hotel is a few minutes walk to the Japanese Bridge. Very convenient. Service is very attentive. Link and Brownie have done a really good job answering our questions, helping us find the right restaurants and tours. Rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. Breakfast has a lot of varieties. Will strongly recommend it!

Another best hotel in Hoian. Located near to ancient city only 3-5 mins walk. Hotel provided free bicycle. Room was nice, comfy bed , large room. We added 1 extra bed it's perfect not just a rollaway bed but it's single bed. International Breakfast was perfect! Many choices of food, eggs , veg, cheese, breads etc. Staff were nice and friendly but only one suggestion that Breakfast time is not might be a good time to asking for customer to wrote a reviews. However, we liked this hotel and service very much.

Loved this place!!”
This was the most delightful place close to the old town but quiet at night. I can not say enough things about the amazing staff. Doris and the rest of the team were so friendly and helpful. They made us feel like family. The breakfast was fantastic and had so many options after 10 days we still hadn’t been able to try everything. There is a free shuttle to the beach which runs multiple times. It’s so convenient!! We would definitely stay here again and know anyone else staying here will love it too!!

Lovely hotel”
I highly recommend this hotel. From the first step I take there it was full of attention and care of the staff. Specially Sam gave me a warm welcome and was there alles week to help me with things. The room is amazing with a nice view to the city. The breakfast is overwhelming. You can have a bike to cycle to the beach. It’s a few steps from the old. City. I definitely felt at home there from the beginning. Thanks to Sam, Dora, Brownie and all the others that made my stay unforgettable
