The wifi internet”
There should be an upgrade for the wifi internet using , it was very slow during my stays. I even came to ask to assist at the reception but there is nothing much change. No offense, but i did not feel really good and it did affect much my job during those days cause i was using my laptop to contact with my guess all the times.

Every thing was amazing except for the internet connection”
Extremely worth the amount of money I have paid for, though the location is a bit far from the downtown of Da Lat, the hotel and the room were so clean. Love their Executive Suite room, the best Suite I have ever stayed in so far. However, I cannot give them a 5-star review due to the wifi internet connection was so bad, so it going to be tough when you want to have a virtual meeting during travel.

Nice hotel in quiet part of the city”
Pro: 1. great value for money for the deal & the coupon we had. 2. Very clean room. 3. Spacious room. 4. Fairly quiet. 5. Capable of servicing foreigners. Con: 1. Breakfast was a buffet with decent choices but the quality of the food was absolutely dismal for example pasta was pounded with sugar??? Chef definitely tasted the food with local preferences (for non local food). 2. The bed was ok only. For two people, it sunk in the middle resulting in discomfort in the morning. Pillows were not great either (I prefer foam pillows rather than soft feather pillows) 3. The Service while was good but only up to local standard. For a 4 star hotel I would definitely expect more. 4. Surrounding area is very quiet aka not many attractive food choices...

The room was nice but simple. Bed was a little firm for my taste but better than some other places in Asia. It was fairly quiet compared to city center. Outside city center about 10 minutes by taxi but that was pretty easy to get and worth it for a little more quiet. Food was just okay. The staff are wonderful, kind, and helpful. I would stay here again.

Not the best choice in Da Lat city”
Location wise not ideal . Still need to take taxi to night market and other places of interest . Nearby no eateries , except for 1 or 2 snack house . Nearly missed the morning flight , partly due to no wake-up calls from front desk which I have requested for the night before .

I booked 2 bed-room villa for 4 pax x 2 nites but I got 1 bed-room with 2 double beds. The room have not air-conditioners and close to street so that the first nite with us was absolutely sleepless with cold and noisy. I got the good sale staff to upgrade 2 double rooms in the next day with best fees.

The hotel is nice looking but needs improvements such as more plug ins for charging devices. I would not recommend getting the breakfast it was not satisfying. WiFi is good and is in a good part of the city.

The hotel is clean. Staff are friendly and supported with requests. Fast check in & out. However, the location is inconvenient for shopping, cafe or dining. The breakfast are poor menu and food are not well processed. We would have had breakfast outside if convenient.

I booked the Deluxe Triple Room with City View but actually my family received the Room with 1 double bed and 1 extra bed. It's not same with the picture shown in the booking (02 double beds). You should confirm with hotel before booking.

Great hotel and service staff”
Hotel was a little far from the town centre, but taxis are in abundance in Dalat, no problem getting transport from the hotel. Hotel is located near the Old Train Station too. Rooms are big and comfy(stayed at the Deluxe room), and the bed is super comfortable! Enjoyed my stay at La Sapinette thoroughly.

i was supposed to leave dalat for nha trang but it was raining cat and dogs and i did not book any hotel in dalat for the day after i checked out from hp villa at 7 am. i used my iphone app to book through agoda and was confirmed within 10 min. i checked into la sapinette at 9.30 am which was early and they had no problems giving me an early check in. kudos to the hotel staff which was so unlike the rude and miserly treatment i got from white sands doclet resorts and spa where i stayed the next day. hotel was luxurious and staff were great. please see my previous post.
