Elegant and charming hideaway in Hanoi's old quarter”
We highly recommend this wonderful boutique hotel! It's newly renovated and a high quality construction (unlike many accommodations in Vietnam). We loved the classic and stylish design. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, especially so the bed which is the best I've ever slept on! The location is also great to explore Hanoi, in the old quarter but on a quiet street. The small restaurant high up above the roofs serves great breakfast, for Asian as well as western tastes. (We haven't tried dinner). The best were the really friendly and highly attentive staff which made our stay so memorable! There are several roof top bars in walking distance, but the nicest one is located on this hotel itself! Be aware that especially during weekends the sounds from the surrounding bars can be heard quite well in the rooms, but they finished latest by midnight, so it wasn't an issue. We will be back here next time in Hanoi!

one of the best hotels i stay in! Friendly staff, good location and Instagram worthy hotel”
New and very high class boutique hotel. Good location and very convenient. Once i walk near the hotel main door, the door is always open for me. When it rains, the staff will shelter you with a umbrella to your car. Hotel can arrange airport transfer round trip at USD$35. Getting around can ask them use apps to call a taxi. Taxi is the cheapest way to get around. Rickshaw is little more expensive to get around French quarter and old quarter. This hotel also have a lovely Cloud 9 restaurant that serve fabulous food and a lovely view of the old quarters. At night, at 10th floor, it also have a sky bar, good place to hang out and enjoy a cocktail at the bar area. Nice night view of old quarters. will recommend my friends and family to visits this hotel

Beautiful Hotel in Hanoi”
Staying at this beautiful hotel in the heart of Old Quarters. Beautifully decorated from the lobby to the the room. The staffs deliver phenomenal customer service and extremely helpful from giving us directions and suggestions on where to go/eat at the best places in Hanoi. The room is very clean, bed, pillow and comforter are as soft as cotton. It makes sleeping soooo good and comfortable after a long day exploring and walking. The shower pressure is really good as well. The cloud 9 restaurant serves a good spread of breakfast as well. Extremely satisfied and happy with our stay here! I would definitely recommend everyone staying here because of the phenomenal customer service! Thank you La Siesta Premium for making our stay here very memorable!! We will definitely comeback

Superb hospitality ”
A very charming & pretty boutique hotel located at a very central location in Old Quarter. Although I stayed in a Superior Room, it was still very well decorated, clean and equipped with the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable too! The hotel’s restaurant served good breakfast accompanied with good service. We actually skipped the breakfast for one day as we woke up late. Much to our surprise, one of their staff called us to check if we needed any food because they noticed that we did not have our breakfast at the restaurant. Last but not least, the hospitality provided by the hotel was superb! They ensured that we were satisfied during our stay. I've had the best guest experience in La Siesta Premium Hang Be and I'm truly grateful! Highly recommended!

Amazing stay! ”
My husband and I stayed for two nights and we were extremely happy with the hotel and the staff. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful. It's a new hotel and is in a great location. We had the superior room with no window and luckily got upgraded for our second night to a room with a balcony. Both rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was really nice as well, they had many vegetarian options which was nice since we have dietary restrictions. My husband booked a foot massage at the spa and said it was the best he had ever gotten. We have stayed at another La Siesta in Hanoi and I think this is probably the best hotel group in Hanoi. You definitely won't be disappointed while staying here.

Immaculate service ”
It was our very first time visiting Vietnam and we decided that Hanoi should be the first city where we should experience. We landed into a warm, summer country with traffic conditions that seemed to be a challenge. As we did not arrange for airport transfer to the hotel, Grab was our saviour. Using Grab in Vietnam was a piece of cake. When we reached our Hotel, La Siesta Premium, I really didn't know what it expect. Immediately 2 staffs came to open the car doors and helped us with our luggage to the lobby. "Sin Chow"! were the first Vietnamese words I heard from the staffs, in fact, by all of them who were at the lobby. Amazed and overwhelmed, I didn't know what it meant, not to mention how to reply. Everyone was so smiley and friendly. Never I had this sort of welcoming experience at any hotel in any part of the world that I travelled to. We were warmly greeted by Quan, who confirmed our bookings and showed us to our room thereafter. Knowing that it was our first time in Hanoi, Quan provided us tips of the area and gave us recommendations of the "must try" delicacies. Provided us a map and explained to us clearly of our location and attractions to visit. The rooms were very well decorated and each room felt very clean. Beds were very comfortable with great taste of furniture selections. You realised that the housekeepers paid great attention to details when you see the way the towels and curtains were folded. Endless movies selection from NetFlix and youtube. We booked a one night deluxe on Friday and checked out the following day for Ha long bay tour. We had a separate booking of 4 days 3 night Grand Duplex suites after the cruise when we came back on Sunday. The staffs were incredible. Kudos to Mr Quan and his team members. This hotel beats most 5-star hotels we have stayed at in terms of overall experience and service. Every single staff we encountered was professional, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is located right in the Old Quarters & it was really convenient to get around. The reception was always ready to help & extremely thoughtful. The room was beautiful, clean & had a really comfortable bed. Room service, breakfast and general dining was excellent. The in-house spa was beautiful & we had an amazing time. We would loved to have enjoy the beautiful rooftop bar more but the music was way too loud for our liking although some people may enjoy that. We would come back to Hanoi just to stay at this hotel again.

We had an amazing stay at La Siesta. The service is absolutely exceptional. We stayed with our 1 year old baby and the hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Special thank you to Quan at the front desk, who made sure we had everything we needed, arranged everything for us, checked us in in the most perfect room and did everything to ensure the most perfect stay. The best place to stay in Hanoi!”
Our stay at Hanoi La Siesta blew our mind away! We were attracted by the modern decor and it didn't disappoint at all, with the rooms looking 100% like the pictures shown online. You receive perfect service from the moment you step into the hotel, with a welcome drink and an introduction to the hotel and nearby attractions from the manager, Quan. He gave us a list of recommended food and restaurant around the hotel. We stayed for two nights before and after our trip in Halong Bay. The first night was a bit noisy because of a nearby outdoor concert, and we asked the next day if we could be given a room not so close to the main road on our second night. To our surprise, Quan gave us a free upgrade to the presidential suite to compensate for the noise on the first night! We were so touched by the kind act of gesture. Breakfast was also amazing, both the pho and yogurt were delicious and the ambience of the restaurant very lovely. 100 points to this hotel and Quan!

We were on a girls' trip We booked this hotel due to the great reviews we have read as well as a previous stay at another La Siesta property which we loved. This hotel is situated in the perfect location, short walking distance to everything interesting and we were very happy about the service we got from all the staff particularly Quan. He was like our concierge on call/ via whatsapp. We received a list of foods and food places we should go (his personal favorites) and during our stay, we treated it like a check list and tried to check everything off. We couldn't as we were only there for 3 days but everything he recommended was great and authentic. He also told us where we could go for live jazz, and where to get the best coffee to take home, etc. Breakfast at the hotel was also very nice. You could order from a variety of things, plus there is a buffet spread as well. The rooftop bar was also quite nice though we prefer the view from La Siesta Central just a tad more because of it

Best choice in Hanoi! ”
We were very happy with our choice to book La Siesta premium, from the way they greet us infront of the hotel until the smooth check-in and impressive welcome drink (there was a bartender that mixes our welcome drink infront of us) we have been in many 5stars hotel but the small boutique hotel really impress us. The staff were really caring and they went out their way to serve us. My husband speaks vietnamese and I don't, everytime they speak vietnamese with my husband they also replied everything in english again. I also had a spa package and if I had more time I would book the same treatment again, I felt so pampered and relaxed. The spa receptionist was very friendly and we had a nice conversation. Breakfast on the rooftop was great, pho taste even better than expected, rooftop bar in the evening was ok for trying out. would rate this hotel with 6 stars and definitely come back again next year when visiting hanoi.

Incredible hotel - highly recommend”
The hotel is located perfectly in the Old Quarter and walking distance to most of the main sights. The staff are amazing, specifically Adele who could not help enough. They arranged our day trip to Ha Long bay, airport transfers, theatre tickets and pre departure covid test. The room was perfect with super comfy beds and an amazing shower. Breakfast was great too and the rooftop bar has a great view and a wide range of drinks. Can’t recommend this hotel enough! Don’t hesitate to book.

Superb personal experience. Received warm welcome by the staff, offered with drinks, cut fruits and plum. Complimentary fruits in the room with appreciation written note. Love the room design, warm greeting by all the staff, breakfast with variety of foods, nice rooftop surrounding by busy street and absolutely clean. The only cons are the noise at night and early morning since this location is surrounded with busy street & the bathroom are relatively small. Keep up the good work!

Guests are welcomed by the beautiful aesthetics as well as calming lemongrass essential oil scent. Stayed 2 nights at the hotel and saw 2 couples taking wedding photos each day. Staffs were prompt and attentive - right from drop-off they were ready to assist us with our luggages and check-in was a breeze. Room is really value for money and i especially love the “walk-in” wardrobe area. We were tired after taking a 6hr journey back from sapa and had a hearty meal at cloud nine restaurant- again the service was great and food was delicious! Lastly, location of the hotel is great, just a stone throw away from the popular coffee place cafe giang and the lake is within walking distance. I will return to Hanoi just for a stay at the hotel. Highly recommended to all travellers looking for accommodation at Hanoi.

Amazing customer service and hospitality”
From check in to check out their service was perfect starting with welcome drink and fruit beautifully presented, spacious and stylish room with everything so clean and impeccable. We had a noise problem caused by the guests above us- they forgot to turn the shower off. They upgraded me to another room and offered me a free airport transfer!! Will definitely go back for my next visit to Hanoi and recommend all my friends to stay there when visiting Hanoi.

Punctilious Services”
My experience at the hotel was amazing. The staff were very punctilious as they did notice my special request on Agoda (Suite on the high floor and early check-in); I highly appreciate their attentiveness as there aren't many large hotels actually paying close attention to small details (like special request on Agoda). The suite was large (Duplex Suite) with great panoramic views from the frontal huge glass window and the balcony behind. There is a fully-equipped mini bar for a chilling night. The bathroom and toilet are separated. The location was undeniably excellent, right at the old quarters with boisterous nightlife streets. The hotel per se has a bar too (Lighthouse bar at the rooftop and a fine restaurant at the 9th floor). Generally, prices are reasonable). I booked a Duplex Suite (like a mini penthouse) which costed me 1,700,000 VND for one night. Oh, anyway, the suite is soundproofed.

Highly recommend La Siesta Premium Hang Be for those who want luxury service at a reasonable price! We were greeted with a nice welcome drink and staff who were super helpful with recommending what the do in Hanoi and provided us with options for the Ha Long Bay tour which was on our bucket list. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also amazing with a mixture of Western and Vietnamese food. We stayed in the La Siesta Premium which is a short walk away from the Hoàn Kiếm Lake. The hotel room was clean and the facilities were well-maintained. Our stay was very pleasant, thanks to the staffs who were attentive to our needs and always ready to help.
