Lakeview: Good People At The Helm”
This ship is crewed by a delightful team of caring, customer service-oriented folks. When we arrived, we were welcomed with an overview of the city, including a map, and a quick, seamless check-in. When my fiancée got a headache, someone was there to deliver Panadol to our room. When it appeared that we had lost an item of sentimental value, the friendly, helpful folks at Lakeview offered to help us look around; we eventually found the item. Security at Lakeview is comprehensive, but not overbearing. What makes this place special are the people. When we checked out, staff were busily hanging lights on a Christmas tree along with other seasonal decorations. It's clear the Lakeview Hotel understands comfort, service, and customer experience. The attention to detail they showed during our stay will likely make Lakeview a staple of good hospitality in Da Lat. I definitely recommend.

Nice hotel & helpful staff ”
We stayed here for 3 nights and the hotel was good quality for the price and definitely value for money. The hotel is around a 10 minute walk from the center of Dalat so good location .It’s a family run hotel and pretty quiet which was nice to come back to after a long day out. The room itself was a perfect size for a couple, very clean, decent furniture and a good tv. Also the bathroom was really nice with a very good shower, probably the best we’d had in Vietnam at that point ! The only slight con was that there was no window in the room but it didn’t bother us too much. A special mention for the staff for being very helpful to us aswell, we had a problem with our transport to Dalat and so arrived at 4am, much earlier than expected. We emailed the hotel to see if we could come and wait in the lobby until our room was ready and they said it was no problem. They were very helpful when we got there and even gave us pillows and blankets! Overall very nice hotel for the money paid

Nice room , clean but quite noisy so can't sleep well, walking to Ho Xuan Huong Lake & Cho Dem market, at the centre of Dalat. However, not so satisfy with hotel employee and the owner, too. Just feel like they are unhospitable and find other ways to charge more fee.

Trong khi chị đặt 1 phòng gia đình + 1 phòng 3 khách, KS đã nâng cấp miễn phí phòng 3 khách thành phòng gia đình để sắp xếp 2 phòng gần nhau cho chị và gia đình dễ sinh hoạt. Và theo như phiếu thanh toán Lễ Tân bên e nộp báo cáo thì không hề phụ thu gì chị thêm ngoài tiền phòng & phí ủi quần ào 40.000vnd. Mong nhận được phản hồi thêm từ phía chị về vấn đề trên.

Don't understand the reason why you said that the owner and our staffs are not hospitable and find other ways to charge more fee from you? Because while you've booked 1 family room & 1 triple room, we've upgraded free for you the triple one to the family room that let 2 rooms close to each other for your family easy to contact. According the invoice from our receptionist, we only charged from you the accommodation and 40.000vnd for laundry - Of course through your consent. Looking forward to receiving more feedback from you about the issue.

About 100m to the center, a lots of street foods, BBQ restaurant, noodles, KFC... my room doesn't have view but the room is clean with new equipment, comfort bed. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable stay in central location ”
I really enjoyed my stay at Lake view hotel. Loved the comfy bed, kettle in the room and complimentary bottle of water daily. Room was good size. Shower had a glass and was big. There were a hairdryer, comb, toiletries. Location was great.

we arrived by Sinh tourist bus and this hotel is only a few minutes walk from the bus stop. clean and basic room which does the job. there are about 10 steps of stairs to get to the entrance, so it may not be convenient for people travelling with heavy luggage. we could hear some loud music from a nearby pub but it stopped around midnight.

Tripple room with lake view”
Room very clean.we even did not wear our shoes inside the room since the hotel provide slippers. nice view. easy to find food around and night market just 5 minutes on foot. staff very helpful especially the owner's daughter during our check in.. we really appreciate. Lots of taxi & other transport to tourist destination . we stayed 4 nights in this hote, & really sstisfied.

We had a lake view room and it was great overall. The buses in the nearby parking lot are noisy early in the morning but clear out fairly quickly. Staff was very helpful and kind. Short walk to the market, the lake, and lots of restaurants and bars. Would stay there again.

Everything was great. I will say that the particular floor plan setup in the room we stayed in allows sound to travel quite far. This was not an issue for us, but could be for others. Overall a great place and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Less than 5 minute walk to the Lake and the town centre. Good value when off-peak. The only downside was no breakfast but you can buy an egg roll over the road for only 20.000 VND.
