WASTE OF MONEY”
I booked this place to be close to the venue for my Grandson's wedding and because of the promised facilities(5 star rating).I knew from maps it was far from shops and eating places but thought I would manage by cooking my own food in the promised kitchen. The kitchen was indeed provided but not one saucepan, frying pan or sharp knife, not even an electric kettle.Also no detergent or tea towel to wash dishes. This was bad enough but there were no bath towels until we asked for them.I had booked a one bedroom villa with twin beds but was given only a king bed. The room was only cleaned intermittently(3 days out of seven)There was no complimentary tea or coffee, and an iron was only brought when we requested it. We were only given 2 small bottles of drinking for the whole week. If I hadn't paid in advance with no refund possible, I would have left after the first night.

Bad even for 3 stars facility!!”
Terrible service... staffs are incompetent and lazy. We booked a riverside villa but it was unavailable when we get there but there was no email informing us. So they upgrade us to a bigger villa but proceed to LOCK the extra room. Also take a long time to check out!!!

WORST STAY EVER DON'T BOOK!!!!”
We arrived at 1:30am and had notified them two days prior to confirm access at such a late time. The two bedrooms were unlocked,the third remained lock?We were wakened at first light-no blackout curtains as stated on web site! We went down to a huge kitchen and searched for tea,coffee, kettle, etc. NOT ONE ITEM! Empty drawers &cupboards! We wanted breakfast, tea and coffee and found a menu for deliveries from golf clubhouse. It arrived ice cold with no utensils or napkins so we had to spread butter on cold toast with our fingers and eat rubbery eggs with our hands! I called reception and finally got a buggy to come get me to discuss these issues and more. The nightmare continued! I listed the Items missing that was on there 5star rating web site. NO - Mini bar, (they said there was one at the golf course) hair dryer, ironing facilities, trouser press, kitchenette, microwave, alarm clock, blackout curtains, not to mention no toilet paper in lower bathroom.THEY SHOULD BE REMOVED ASAP! We were their for my sons wedding and my mother in law booked a villa for a week as well, she at least had some plates and glasses! Oh, no towels! I have traveled the world from one star to five star and this was the worst. After the wedding we had to leave at 6am so I went down early the day of the wedding to ask for early checkout and my passport- it was refused! I called that night starting at 10pm(24/7 reception). I tried a dozen times with no answer, called at 5:45am, still no answer! So, I ran the one kilometer to see someone arriving at the building. I was panicing as I'm screaming I need to checkout! The night staff had slept in the next room the whole night as the blanket was still on the floor when he was walking out ( all sleepy eyed) yes I was mad when I saw that!! He still refused to give me my passport and had to take a housecleaning staff to check I hadn't stolen anything. They took me back to villa and slowly started counting towels! They accussed me of stealing a wash

Very far from everything”
Not very good. Played golf at Vietnam golf club but other than that, nothing else nearby. Also, it was Tet so very difficult to even get a ride to the golf course. Master bedroom shower was also not working properly.
