Good English signage so hotel easy to find. location correct on map. Need a car if staying here. Very nice room and comfortable bed for price. Clean and new. Breakfast limited to rice soup and coffee. WiFi spotty. Everything in Mae sot is under 15 minutes drive away. Good value.

Great Newer Hotel Not Far From Town”

I originally booked for one night but ended up staying a few more. The staff were always smiling and courteous. The room was very clean, except for some spider webs in the bathroom. The breakfast is just rice porridge with little bits of pork, and some white bread that can be toasted. This place is only about a 15-20 minute walk to town. It's on a side road north of town, so it's fairly quiet, although there are a couple of bar/restaurants a couple of hundred metres away at the main street. It's a great deal for 400 baht.

fairly new small hotel, big room. bed comfortable by thai standards. recommendation for hotel: get a microwave to lobby as not everybody want to eat porridge for breakfast, could buy 7-11 and heat if had microwave.

Great find”

This is a fantastic hotel for the money. The location is outside of town so you need your own transportation. However, hotel is brand new and rooms are very clean as is the general areas. Breakfast was very acceptable as well (boiled rice). Highly recommended especially at this price

You need transport, no way to walk out to a restaurant or anything else. The staff are super friendly and will bend over backwards to please. The hotel is spanking new and the rooms large and bed comfy. Drawbacks: Breakfast strictly to the Thai palate. Not one English Tv channel. No electricity outlet near the bed.

Bare bones place for short stay”

Pros: 1) 2.5 km brisk /straight walk from Mae Sot bus station 2) a little off the main road but can be located with some effort 3) 7-11 and other eateries are nearby 4) ideal for one or two night stay 5) the WiFi connection is pretty good 6) absolutely no traffic at night as the place is secluded CONS: 1) the hotel staff struggles with basic English (this can be overcome with Google translator) 2) breakfast consists of porride, coffee, bread and jam (that's it !!) 3) laundry facilities not available but the hotel linen is washed in the building next door, so, arrangements can eventually be made.

Juste parfait, grande chambre propre, comportant un énorme frigo, au lit très confortable, à la salle de bain très grande et fonctionnelle. Pour une fois en Asie, on a eu le sentiment de ne pas prendre sa douche assis sur le toilette. Chambre disposant d'un balcon pour les fumeurs. Rien à redire, allez y les yeux fermés surtout pour 11 euros, vous ne serez pas déçu, même si il faut un peu de temps pour le trouver, pour indication, en arrivant du nord au premier carrefour avant l'entrée de la ville, il faut prendre à gauche puis 200 m plus loin à droite en face du magasin de bâtiment. Puis traverser l'hôtel à la fontaine chinoise. En plus le personnel est d'une gentillesse incomparable.
