Not happy with Check-in formalities”
I booked hotel from 22/03/2018 until 24/03/2018. I already mentioned that i will arrive at 6am on 23/03/2018 but when i meet with receptionist. They informed us that there is no KEY available as you booked through online. You have to wait until 2pm. I had to stay until 10 am then they provide key after long discussion with management. Also shuttle service was not good as they drop very far ( 10 mins to haram). It was not a good decision to stay there.

Hi I booked this hotel before as well , but this time hotel room was so dirty , Shuttle service been worse . We waited for buss like 1 hour 30 mint . I won’t be recommend to anyone please don’t waste ur money & travel

Réservation with agoda not good, because when I go there I don't find my request of two room, they give me suit with two room and one bathroom and we are two couple !!!!!! Second day we get two room but room not clean ( we find insects ( bagessss) I will not request next time.

WARNING - Don’t stay Here”
Very Rude staff, bad Wi-Fi, no phone service, dirty rooms, staff seem to lie a lot. Hotel lied about having a shuttle bus to haram and gave me a vague reason as to why that was. They’re stingy with anything and everything. Wouldn’t even help bring our luggage’s in or show us to our rooms. Gave us someone else’s room initially and didn’t apologise for that, took about an hour to complete check-in. I requested late check out which was set to 1pm but someone came to our room, who didn’t understand English saying you needed to leave at 12pm. Would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

DO NOT STAY HERE - Worst Hotel Ever ”
Staff where rude and useless as it took them a couple days to fulfil our requests and they spoke to us rudely (waited 2 days for some tissue roll for the bathroom, requested a kettle which was supposed be on our room which we didn’t have and one room didn’t even have hot water in the shower!) Originally gave us a room which was occupied my someone else already and I walked in when they weren’t there and their personal belongings were. They say there is a shuttle bus when there really isn’t and when asked about it, they said “a new company will start but I don’t know when so you can just walk or taxi it”. They also only give you one key card per room, we had two rooms with 8 people so that was extremely inconvenient and caused a lot of unnecessary waiting. We got locked out of one of our rooms and they said they would be coming upstairs to open it, waited 10 minutes and no one came so I jammed my credit card between the door latch and it opened first time, completely unsecured rooms. They don’t trust their own staff so much that someone has to watch the housekeeping staff clean the rooms to make sure nothing is stolen which is a complete joke as they take forever and do a bad job at housekeeping. Their contact details do not work as I never got a response from any email I sent and when calling the hotel, the number isn’t recognised. Also calling customer service within the hotel is also a joke because it rings for 5 minutes before they pick up and sometimes they didn’t pick up at all which meant we had to get out of our room and go 15 floors down to speak to someone!

Very good hotel with nice shuttle bus service to Al Haram”
The room was in okay standard and it was clean and quit. Its not walking distance to al Haram, BUT the shuttle bus service they have is exellent. Bus drives every 5-10 minuts. The hotel have also 24/7 open barbershop and a smal shop with coffe/tea in the first floor. The bad thing with this hotel is that the wifi do not work. We complainted a lot about this, but it did not worked.

Good things is they provide you parking, transport to Haram, ac perfect Cons are no restaurants nearby, very small room, 4 beds can't accommodate, WiFi only in lobby
