Super nice hotel”
Best staff ever! She(the staff) works as a multi-player, that are receptionist, housekeeper and chef. I really love her effort for me, she is the best hotel staff who I've ever met. Also room was cozy, very valued for cost to stay. Some hundreds meter from seven eleven, beach in backyard, huge swimming pool and most of all, MS. receptionist(it is her cat) is so lovely. I will definetely stay here in next vacation. Koh lanta is a beautiful island I was happy to travel this island, but absolutely this hotel made my vacation more perfect!

Great location to explore”
The hotel & staff were amazing, kind and always friendly. They answers questions before our stay and organised a private transfer as we didn’t want the hassle on the way. The accommodation was clean and they maintained it daily, giving fresh towels each day. We used the cheap laundry service twice, which was returned on the same day. The room had good A/C and a fan We rented a bike from the hotel with ease at 200bht a day, this enabled us to enjoy the whole island. The location is between the beach and the road, making it peaceful and quiet. It was also close to Saladan for the walking street, and has some amazing food nearby...The Kitchen and Time for lime stood out. We would recommend this hotel as a base to explore the beauty of Koh Lanta, Kap in kah/kap....Lanta cottage made our stay memorable.

Bungalow was good, spacious, clean, comfort bed and aircon. Location was good only 5 min driving to port and just next to the beach. The bar (easy bar) next to the hotel at the beach was good also and good price, Thanks!

Very nice place and nice and helpful staff”
Nice and relaxed place. It's quite new and we really like family rooms or cottages, it is spacious and with a kitchen. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly and very helpful. It is not far from the beach and also quite close to Saladan town and Saturday and Monday markets. We have been here last year and also this year for about 3 weeks with our 3Y old son and we loved it.

The rooms were very clean, and the property extended to the beach. Pool was a good size. Nin, the manager was lovely too. One small issue was that in the low season you can't pay with card, cash only.

Good value for the price”
Everything was really nice and we had a good 2 room appartment which is something rarely in Thailand to find when travelling with kids (2 + 4 years old). Staff was really nice and cleaning was perfect (except for the pool). You can reach the beach withour crossing any street.

Paikkana kiva, bungalowi oli siisti ja erityistä plussaa jokapäiväisestä siivouksesta. Ranta ihan vieressä ja Saladan lyhyen tuktuk-matkan päässä. Hotellilta sai myös skootterit vuokrattua ja lentokentälle kyydin varattua. Suurin miinus ja asia, joka häiritsi on se, että vastapäätä paikkaa sijaitsee moskeija. Joten, joka aamu herätys klo 5.00 rukouskutsuun. Siitä syystä paikka jää jatkossa väliin, valitettavasti.

Wouldn't recommend it with little kids ”
We had the family cottage which was spacious and had a double bed plus a single bed in a separate room. The kitchenette was basic but fine. The bathroom was big but very old and we had the feeling it was quite dirty the whole time. You couldn't close the door from outside which meant that our 1 year old twins could easily get into the bathroom - not very hygeniec if you consider that the room wasnt cleaned properly. We had holes and stains in our bed sheets and also in the towels. They were still clean but it nevertheless left an ueasy feeling. The day before our departure the pipe of the sink in the kitchen came off, which they tried to fix but it didn't work. The staff was very nice and tried to be helpful. But they weren't able to solve the problem with the bathroom door neither the broken sink. All in all I wouldn't recommend this resort to families with small children especially when they're in the age when they put everything in their mouth. I was glad when we left. Positives: pool is very nice, beach is only a few minutes walking and one of the best parts of Klong Dao, nearby minimarket, pharmacy, fresh fruits and lots of restaurants.

Rude, hostile, unreliable, irresponsible, non-professional, uncivilized owner ”
We liked the hotel the same day we've moved in (we've paid for 1 night initially) and wanted to stay for another night. We've asked the owner personally whether he has available room for the next day, he approved firmly, loudly and happily that the room is available (my wife speaks Thai), we've paid for the room upfront directly to the hotel. Next midday we were surprised, being asked to leave as another customer was about to arrive. The owner said they've paid for a room for us at a hotel nearby and for a higher price, hence we need to move out now and pay the price difference! Only that aside, roaming around the island we knew that hotel and sincerely disliked it. The owner wasn't open for any other viable alternative, he even wanted to call the police and demonstrated other kinds of rude behaviour in public (such as shouting and making impolite gestures). We've decided to take the money back, postponed some work-related Skype meetings, packed and found another hotel.

Double booked”
They got double booked and they send me to another hotel which is ok for me but hotel staff follow up is unacceptable. I asked to send my luggage to new hotel. Staff misunderstand and kept my baggage at original hotel. When I got back from my business new hotel lobby also closed and I had to wait to get my luggage in the morning.... I stay Thailand for 8 yeas and I am quite good thai speaker.

Ineptitude at his best”
Stayed here two years ago just before covid hit the world, now the place is completely run down. Aye khuda no teeth Express checking it took them 45 minutes for three of them to check us in. Did not clean the road everyday. We wrote clean me on the bathroom mirror and it was still there when we checked out a week later. Nothing on offer food-wise. The only positive was that it had a large pool.

Had the best time - Rola at reception is the most loving person and looks after guests better than anywhere I’ve ever stayed. Book everything through her. She genuinely gets cheaper prices. The accom is fantastic. Very comfortable and clean. Bed was amazing. Highly recommend staying here. I originally came for two nights and stayed for 6. Indian Bar Infront on the beach is also the best bar on the beach with incredibly friendly staff with nightly fire shows just after sunset. 10/10. Extremely good value for money

I liked it! it's more than basic! it has everything you'll need! fridge in the room, nice shower and it's 1min from the beach! A lot famillies are there badly we had on both sides little babies they cried often.. but that's not a fault from the hotel.. but you can here pretty good what's going on in the next bungalow! highlight was defenitly the indiana bar right at the beach! very chill atmosphere there and free sun umbrellas! liked it!

The room is great for the money. They clean your room every day. You get coffee and tea every day. Love thst there is fridge in the room. Room is spacious and bathroom also. Pool is nice but it was a bit dirty becouse it was raining every night. Beach is close. They rent motorcycles and they can arrange a tour for you. I don't know about the location.. We've been there in low season and they even had Ramadan so many shops were closed through the day. Many restaurants nearby.

The best stay we’ve had”
First of all the staff here are amazing! They collected us from the Pier and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms are beautiful with good air con, very clean and spacious. Also just a few minute walk from the beach. We recommend Picasso bar it’s lovely for food :). Thank you soooo much we have loved our stay you’ve been great xxxx

Beautiful bungalows”
The bungalows were very clean, spacious and beds were comfortable. It’s fairly close to the beach (which is beautiful), but not on the beach. The pool is nice but not enough shade and the area not kept as clean as one would expect considering the rooms were so clean. Seemed a bit pricey so what you get in comparison to other places we found on the beach in Thailand.
