This hotel was amazing, especially considering the price! The staff were very friendly and helpful, although in some cases they struggled to understand our English. (Only negative I can think of!) The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel staff invited us to join them for dinner in the hotel, which was extremely kind! They were also very generous in giving us extra water, cups of tea etc, unlike some of the other hotels we have stayed in! Definitely stay here!

Amazing! Best stay out of 2 months in Asia”
This hotel is the best value for money and moat welcoming we have seen out of 2 months in Asia. Friendly and welcoming staff who are really trying to make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and very clean, made to very high standards. The manager invited us to have dinner with them ehich was very enjoyable. We chatted with the staff, manager and his 5 year old daughter, we really felt at home. The manager asked us if everything was fine, if there was anything they could improve. An amazing sense of service, in a country where they generally dont care about customer satisfaction. Also, it was not written on Agoda but the breakfast was included. You could basically order the dishes you want and as many as you want, free of charge! Honestly, I can say this is the best place we have stayed in, by far. And all of this for 9$ a night, we felt like we should have paid more. Twice this price would still be a bargain. Amazing place and staff!!

The receptions Thuy, and the rest of the staff were super friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and modern and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and had a good amount of options. It is close to bars and restaurants and walking distance to the imperial city. They even arrange tours all over the city and surrounding area from the hotel. Highly recommend!

Five stars for the service I received here (even better than some resorts and five stars hotels I have stayed). They're very friendly, helpful, bring whatever I ask immediately, which I very appreciate and there for me 100% of the time. The hotel is also very well-located, near 2 walking streets, Truong Tien Bridge, Perfume River ... The room is small but well equiped, enough for a solo traveler like me. Just the refridgerator didnt work. Nevertheless it's definitely on my recommended hotel list.

Very clean, comfy bed with proper doona, good location near all the eateries etc, short walk across the bridge to Imperial City. Breakfast basic but good (the usual fare of eggs with toast), coffee, and fresh juice which we loved!!! Bathroom was newish however is a wet room.

+ Good quality modern establishment, family run and with very helpful and friendly staff. Within a few metres only of main restaurant and bar area, and river for cruises and walk to Citadel. I had a room to the rear so was cool and quiet. Very good value and includes quickly served breakfast choices. - None really, stairs only but that keeps you young and fit.

Good location, basic but sufficient room features ”
Had a good stay here. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Room was small, clean but sufficient. Only complaint was the room window opens out to a corridor which has little ventilation. But if you use the aircon, its not an issue. The Perfume river is just 5 minutes walk away and there are restaurants and cafes and convenience stores all within walking distance. Location is really superb.

We had 350 000 vnd double we found on Agoda and it was the best. Very clean and the bed, blanket and pillows were the most comfy i had in 2 months. Also, the free breakfast is awesome. Enjoy!

Good spot but smelly room”
The hotel is very close to a lot of restaurants and bars. However its good spot the beds were pretty hard and the room smelled like sewer every time we came back. Had an allright stay but would’t stay for more than two or three nights.
